    Went to do a return, had a picture of the entire receipt, but was told it can only be returned onto a gift card unless I have the paper receipt. We are in 2025, no option for email copy is given and when I take an extra step incase I lose my receipt or the receipt fades (cus receipts fade pretty easily), I am advised that rona does not keep ANY credit or debit card info by the manager (not true, last 4 digits of my card and card type type are on the receipt which means u keep the info or u wouldn't be able to return the funds). I am told only a paper copy will let me do the full return.... I will ensure I just shop at home depot, give that they make doing returns as easy as it can possibly be. Manager wouldn't even look ataking an exception, literally returning just 100$ worth of stuff, but I guess it's not worth the risk to keep your customers.

    it’s a convenient local stop for hardware, paint, and home repair supplies. Parking is easy — the lot is spacious and right in front of the entrance, so loading larger items isn’t a problem. Inside, the aisles are organized clearly, and it’s simple to find what you need without wandering too much. Staff have been helpful and knowledgeable when I’ve needed guidance on tools or materials, which makes quick trips easier. Prices are about what you’d expect for RONA — competitive on most basics and occasionally great when sales hit. It’s a nice balance between a full-size hardware store and a smaller, local feel.

    Very let down by the customer service. I wanted to stay local so thought I’d visit the Georgetown location but what a mistake that was. We were asked if we needed help and when I said yes the gentleman became visibly irritated, I asked for the product I was looking for and mentioned my intended use for it and immediately was met with attitude as if I didn’t understand the product I was purchasing, despite the unrequested feedback he still neglected to tell me if they had the product, after some silence I asked again where I could find the product to which he told another associate to show me where to go. I’m open to friendly advice but this wasn’t friendly nor advice, simply telling a customer they are wrong with absolutely no helpful advice is ridiculous. I didn’t ask for an opinion and I was approached for help so I’m not sure why I received so much attitude. Needless to say we left the store and made our purchase at Home Depot instead. I guess I will continue to travel to Milton instead of shopping local.
