- HFHeather Clara Frances1 day ago1.0Very badly merchandised. For weeks my daughter and I had been eyeballing some colored lights for our garden. They were shown as being 19.99. So finally we went to get them yesterday after setting up our garden archway. She is four. She had picked them out and she was thrilled. We got to the cash and I was utterly flabbergasted to be told I needed to pay $150 something. Come to find out, these lights had been improperly merchandised for over three weeks. They offered to drop the price to 40/box but as a single mom who cleans houses for a living, there was no way. She cried and so did I. If it had just been a mere issue of the box having been erroneously put there for a short time, it would have been one thing. However, my daughter and I had been saving for those lights for two weeks based on that price. I took this picture on April 24 during our second trip to the store after seeing them the first time because I kept forgetting the price. This incident happened May 4. Perhaps the rest of the facility is immaculate. I will say for me, that whatever good experiences we had had were completely erased because this was not my fault, and I was made to feel foolish for even thinking that that could have been the price. It was their error, a longstanding error, and I was left with a heartbroken child. I will not be back.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page.
