- KBKyle Van BeekFeb 12, 20261.0As far as I'm concerned. Jeff and chuck montana at montana roofing are best buds. Chuck owes me $18000 on a job and Jeff isnt innocent and played his part. He knows chuck took me for my money and I still get emails every month saying I owe. Hes holding me to the credit account and even after I told jeff and mulitiple employees that chuck is to not make any changes to the account period. Jeff has let chuck come in multiple times to add and take away material as he pleased. Well his buddy chuck ripped me off Beware of these people. Wolfs in sheeps clothing. Im out $2000 on this job from my own pocket and after jeff let chuck remove items that were already ordered and on my credit account without even notifying me, even though I didnt give him permission. I literally told jeff to his face that chuck is not.to touch this account at all. I told him why but jeff just does what he wants. Tgis is a job through the niagara region and they have sent out multiple people to asses the situation and they are 100% on my side (niagara renovates program)

We loaded up our kids and drove over 30 minutes to do a fun Saturday morning activity. I even got a confirmation email as well as text message confirming the details this morning. How does a “mistake” like this happen? Do better.

Search using a keyword, product's name, Rona’s article number, and brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse the department to shop Rona’s large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
When you receive an email from us telling you that your order is ready for pick-up, simply go to your selected store and locate the pick-up zone poster. You must bring your identification.
