I called them telling them I needed to change my move in date, they said they cannot do that I will just have to show up with my stuff. Why would I risk standing there in the cold if there is a possibility that I won’t get a storage unit? I emailed them on 5 different occasions. 3 of which were to change my move in date. 2 of which were to cancel my booking and issue my refund. I haven’t received a single response back and it’s been well over a week now. Stay away from this place!!!!!
