From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. She took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, ensuring I understood all the details without any confusion. Her polite and professional demeanor made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find someone who combines such great knowledge with such a welcoming attitude. Pooja is truly an asset to the team — highly recommend!

- JSJen SanchezApr 1, 20262.0First of all, the staff were amenable and did everything they could to help me in the moment. Secondly, the facility was clean and looked well maintained. So why the low star review? It's because the agreed upon amount that I was given both via email and during the confirmation call was not the price I was being asked to agree to on-site. I was told that pricing can change daily despite confirming the quote amount less than 48hrs ahead of time; I was told that there's a protection plan fee that is compulsory (it was the first time I was hearing about it even after two follow up calls ahead of time); and I was told that the one-time admin fee is actually a monthly fee. I've used storage facilities before so I found this experience to be disappointing in the lack of transparency and consistent messaging. If you need storage this location is certainly an option because of the friendly staff and clean environment, but be careful of price changes. Here's hoping you have better luck than myself.
