  I had a great experience with Bhavika and Munib at Access Storage. She helped me with finding the right storage unit and made the whole move-in process really easy. She’s very friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even though I wasn’t directly working with her long-term, she took the time to guide me and answer all my questions. Really appreciate her support made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at Access Storage on Queens Plate Drive in Etobicoke. Mr Muneeb Manager and Bhavika (Assistant Manager) provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were both very professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Mr Muneeb was very helpful and attentive, while Bhavika handled everything with great professionalism and care. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the best option for my needs. The facility is clean, secure, and well-managed. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend this location—excellent service all around!
