    Sandra is a true professional when it comes to guiding customers. She is patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. While we were walking through the aisles, she approached us herself and kindly offered help. With great patience and a friendly attitude, she guided us step by step in choosing the right vanity sink and the matching faucet. Her advice was thoughtful and detailed, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. We are extremely satisfied with her service and truly appreciate her support.

    Such bad service and they tried to scam me and every employees on a different page when it comes to a policy, nobody knows anything or was able to answer a question in the same answer. Every employee had a different answer. I purchased the stove paid for it, and the lady told me to reverse back to the lumberyard door as close as I can because employees are not allowed to step outside the property. I thought that’s very strange. I’ve never heard of this policy before not to mention that the lumberyard loading area is part of the property. Anyways, fast-forward 35 minutes even though she said he’s gonna take her five minutes to bring it out A different employee walked out and told me to move my vehicle. I’m not allowed to park so close to the door when I explained to her why he did this he told me don’t listen to her. She has no idea what she’s talking about. I move my vehicle waited additional 10 minutes until somebody came up and called me and told me that the stove is damaged and asking if I still wanna keep it I said obviously if it’s damaged, I don’t wanna keep it if you wanna reduce it by 100 or $200 then I can keep it otherwise I don’t want it She said, but I told you it’s damaged before you bought it. I’m like no you didn’t that conversation ever came up and don’t lie just because your manager is standing here with us now. They tried to charge me 10% restocking fee and this is where I got Mad. I told him what are you talking about first of all I purchased this less than an hour going from that hour it was 100% your fault that I would be so long additionally I’m not returning this cause I’m bored. I’m returning it because it’s damaged and I paid full price. She acted as if she’s doing me a favour and said OK I will give you your full refund and then took an additional 20 minutes to try and process it She had a sticker covering her name when I asked her to remove it. She said no, but it was a Persian lady with blonde wavy hair.

RONA+ – Disappointing selection and zero info on Black Friday deals Went to my local RONA+ store in the lead-up to Black Friday, hoping for some solid deals on tools and home reno stuff. Big mistake. The selection is shockingly weak – shelves half-empty in key sections like power tools, paint, and lumber. If you’re looking for basics, fine, but anything specific? Good luck; they had maybe 2-3 options where I’d expect 10+. Even worse: absolutely no communication about discounts or promotions. No signage, no flyers at the entrance, staff had no clue what was on sale (one guy just shrugged and said “check the app maybe?”). In the week before Black Friday? Come on, that’s amateur hour. Felt like walking into a ghost town of a store that forgot it’s the biggest shopping weekend of the year. I’ll stick to Home Depot or online from now on. RONA+, step up your game or lose more customers like me. Avoid unless you’re desperate.
