I own supreme renovators, inc is a renovation company.I have done a very large project in east gwillimbury, i bought all the project materials from disrunn, and it's never a disappointment. I was very happy with the service and the product managers last year., currently, I am finishing another big project in the same area. And I dealt with the 2 pro desk managers, Jason and Doug absolute incredible, very helpful individuals, very Know.\nLedgeable of the products extremely helpful.If you are a contractor or a home owner that you need any products I would recommend to go deal with jason and doug at the contractor desk

I went to Rona looking for a specific food safe stain thinking they had a larger variety then Home Depot down the street and I was helped by a very kind woman who had been covering the department. They did not have what I was looking for and as we were talking the department experts were walking by doing inventory and she had asked them for help, a 2 second question. I felt so bad for her!!! The man, I believe named Alfanso was so annoyed we had disturbed them to ask for help for something that he possibly would have known given he is the expert. He proceeded to berate her in front of me, telling her she should know and learn how to figure it out. So uncomfortable to watch. She was just trying to help the customer. I felt so bad for her. Thank you for all your help to the kind woman and I know I won’t be back to the paint section again so I don’t have to bother them!!

I recently purchased a tube of Mapesil T Plus cha1/2 chalking to finish off a backsplash. About 1/2 trough the tube it became difficult for the chalking to come out. I changed chalking guns with the same results. By the time I was able to get about 2/3 out I could not get any more out. I took it back to the store and was told because it was used I couldn't get a refund $29.99. A manager sent a message via the girl working on the return desk that I should hit the tube a few times and it would work. Maybe the manager should have come out and give me a demo. At least not send the messager rather than dealing with it.

Trying to by from this store because canadian, but always ending up in home depot. Las time I was waiting half hour in the paint department ,no one showed, unfortunately I came in lunch time,so I went to home depot.

How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
