    Called to see if a vanity was in stock because online only showed one and we were coming from out of town. From the initial call answered by a young man, offering to call back ( which they did), to the lady who went out of her way to locate the item, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They had the vanity sitting at customer service and the two ladies were friendly and entertaining. The staff going above and beyond made our experience a pleasure. This is why we love Rona over other big boxed stores and will always give them our business first!

    I bought a Dewalt battery large one last year battery stopped working two months after using. Won’t charge ! I finally made it back to the store with receipt in hand to get the battery replaced. Lady at the customer service desk asked me for the box like who keeps the box for a year then she said how do I know it’s the same battery it’s the only one I have that’s oversize that I bought from that store in Waterdown felt insulted like I was trying to pull a scam. She told me I had to call Dewalt direct. I don’t have this problem at Home Depot. Home Depot honours their warranty. Will never shop at Ronan again and I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars there try to return one thing and I have this problem. I have to go to Dewalt direct felt very insulted like I was bringing an old battery or something never shop there again.

    I had to write a review simply because I have continually been treated so well at Rona in Waterdown by their staff. A special thanks to Preet and Aaron today for exceptional help! It really made the experience an enjoyable one. Keep up the great work.

    10/10! Just want to acknowledge Jim! I went in for an odd Cat 5 crimping tool. Jim approached me when he noticed I was looking for something. He was kind enough and patient enough to look at my photos on my phone and find me exactly what I was looking for. I knew the elderly gentleman in the section was exactly the man I needed to help me! After being so helpful I shook the man’s hand and left with exactly what I came for. The world needs more Jim’s! Keep that man employed Rona! This old dude (young at heart) is exactly why I have faith in humanity. Thanks Rona! Happy to shop local and not on Amazon for this reason.

    Purchased a whirlpool washing machine and a stove. Stove was delivered very on time. 645 am which was great for us. The washing machine however, that was in stock when we purchased and to be delivered today (one week after stove) I received no confirmation and called the store two times to get an update and I was told it was going to be delivered today. I just called for a third time to get a time on when it was to be delivered and they said actually it’s not in stock and it won’t be here for about a month. We now don’t have a washing machine. The store was very quick and happy to refund us but barely even apologized and was more oh well that’s the way it goes type thing. Not great customer service and now I’m scrambling to find a new washing machine.
