  Delivery was smooth and the two self proclaimed failed linebackers were professional, clean and friendly. They did a great job setting up the new stuff and taking away the old stuff. Also shout out to Ben in sales who was very helpful in helping us select the mattress and bed for us. What makes a company stand out are the people that work for that company and these gentlemen were amazing!

  Delivery and set up was great - your guys were efficient and did not leave a spec of dirt. Unfortunately the top of the cabinet was damaged but your guy took pictures and assured us that it would get reported.

  Delivery guys were fast,careful and very polite. Awesome service! Ben in sales was a great help when I purchased the dressers. Had our delivery scheduled same week! Thx Leon's!

  I had a dryer scheduled for delivery between 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM. My entire family was home the whole time waiting. No one knocked and no delivery notice was left at the door. When the delivery window passed, I called Leon’s at 1:00 PM to find out what happened. I was told the delivery had been marked as “attempted,” which didn’t make sense because we were home and would have answered immediately. The most frustrating part was speaking with management. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they were unapologetic and suggested it was somehow our fault, even though we were home the entire time and never received a knock or notice. Their only solution was to wait until next week for another delivery, which is unreasonable after waiting all morning. Because of this experience, I ended up cancelling the order altogether. Very disappointing customer service and poor communication.
