  My friend bought a couch for his elderly mother and it showed up looking like a floor model that’s been sit in for two years. Upon reaching out to customer service, they told her to use the extended warranty to get a new code for the couch. It’s one day old why would that be necessary ? They refuse to replace it take you business elsewhere and avoid the headache as my friend is very frustrated with the whole situation.

  Bought a couch for my mother as I’m half way across the country working, the movers were excellent but when she sent me a photo the couch had obviously visual wear the cushions looked like someone has been sitting on them everyday for 2 years, she called them and they more or less said not our problem use your warranty when she hadn’t even sat in it yet, never again will I ever purchase anything from them due to the lack of respect they have for they’re customers once they’ve got your money your chopped liver I’d suggest going to another location that isn’t in collingwood or going to the brick instead, I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years and this is how they treat loyalty and customers, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

  Barb Hill is exceptional! She is patient and extremely knowledgeable of all the items online, in shop as well as colour ways, fabrics and firmness. My living room furniture looks amazing and somehow also manages to make my living room look bigger now than when I had a smaller couch and chairs. I have never felt as confident buying furniture as I have with Barb.

  The delivery tracking app was helpful to get an accurate arrival time. The delivery guys were friendly and professional. They promptly assembled my couch and took away all the related packaging. My new sleeper couch looks great!

  thank you very much to our salesman, Michael Carvalho! Let me tell you, if you’re planning on going to Leon’s just to look and not buy, don’t talk to Michael!! He is an amazing salesman. I was very skeptical when I walked in but, after speaking to Michael I quickly changed my mind. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He gave us space to discuss things privately but also was available to answer questions. I was very impressed at how he knew exactly what we needed, even when we didn’t. We ended up purchasing the San Antonio reclining couch and can’t wait to enjoy it at our house. I would definitely come back to Leon’s in Collingwood. Much different than any other store, more selection, better quality and professional salesmen!!!
