  My husband and I visited after a not great experience at another local store. We were welcomed by Michelle. I cannot say enough good things about her. Friendly, extremely helpful but not at all pushy and overbearing. Patient and allowed us time to look and think. I highly recommend her and the Chatham Leon's store!!

  I went in with my mom to purchase a loveseat. My mom found one she liked, our salesman told us there was one in stock.. that should have been my first clue we would be getting someone else's return..when we got the loveseat we saw some defects.. large gap on one side of the loveseat and smaller on the other.. cushions larger then the other... When I called the store Chris which I assume is the store manager sent me a very insulting email.. 1. He would allow us to exchange it ..like we were thieves and didn't pay for the love seat...2. We could NOT order anything it had to be in stock at the store .. code for someone else's returns .. 3. if my mom picked something cheaper she would not get a refund.. code for we like to rip off seniors.. We will never buy anything at Leon's ever again.. you have lost our business !!!.. Response.. no there was no misunderstanding on my part he made it very clear in his email to us!! Maybe you should read his email to us before responding!!
