  sales Rep Hayden was very friendly and listen well to my appliance needs delivery people were very friendly and removed old freezer and stove I was extremely pleased with everyone and will definitely be back

  My loveseat/theatre chair arrived this morning right on time. Early in fact. The guys were great. Did a great job. Quick, clean friendly. Great service. Michelle at the showroom was very helpful. Made my decision much easier. I will be back in the future. Thank you again. I highly recommend the San Antonio it is comfortable 🙂😃

  My wife and I are new residents to the Chatham area. We had previously visited other local furniture stores hoping to decide on the right sectional sofa for our den space. When my wife visited the Leons store on St Clair Ave, she was immediately greeted by Meghan, a very well-spoken professional who was more than willing to help my wife in the store. After being shown many sofas to choose from, my wife decided on the one she most preferred. She advised Meghan that she would be back in touch with her later in the week to confirm the sale. Meghan quickly followed up with an email, providing pictures and specs of the sectional sofa, and thanked my wife for her attendance at the store. A week later, I visited the store with my wife to see the sofa in person and agreed that this was the right piece of furniture for our room. Meghan, once again, greeted us both with kindness, professionalism and knowledge about the furniture in question. The sale was confirmed by us and Meghan completed all the requirements and arrangements for delivery of the sofa. Another email was sent by Meghan advising the date of delivery and a reminder to contact her should we have any questions or concerns. My wife and I appreciated the superior customer service we both received from Meghan and because of the exemplary service she provided to us, we would definitely consider making other purchases from this Leon’s store in the future. Again, a huge thank you to Meghan for everything that she did for us from start to finish with our new sectional sofa purchase.

  Three times we have purchased from the Chatham store and been attended by Bonnie. We found Bonnie knowledgeable about the items we were looking for, extremely pleasant and easy to discuss freely our needs and the concerns we had. We’re very happy with the furniture we bought and very happy with Bonnie’s direct and friendly manner. (Additionally, the delivery guys arrived when then said they would and were both efficient and friendly )
