Having explained we were doing the rental to help a single mom with 5 kids and no parental support and facing possible homelessness, we were treated with dignity and understanding. Cindy, as office manager, was empathetic to what we were doing for a short term solution and guided me through the rental process very efficiently and with a smile and great eye contact. And her final statement of "if you have any questions/concerns please call me" left me feeling confident we had selected a great company for storage solutions.
