    The experience with the stores manager was really top notch. He understood my needs and was able to find the right mattress/ box spring combination for me. He was very knowledgeable. The delivery service in Hamilton, however, left a lot to be desired. More specifically, a mattress was to be desired. Day of delivery I asked for the afternoon and was told this was impossible. They offered a revised delivery date, saying “any day you want” so I asked for Monday at which point they backpedaled and said Monday was unavailable but Tuesday was possible. I asked for Tuesday and the delivery team agreed. When I called on Monday to confirm, I was told that Tuesday was impossible and I would have to wait until Wednesday. This delivery team left me sleeping on the floor, dared to give inaccurate information about delivery times, and made promises they couldn’t keep. This experience has been massively disappointing. The delivery team do a disservice to the sales personnel and the customers through their ineptitude.

    I ordered a chair it as a christmas gift for my wife. Told the sales rep. that it is a christmas gift thats why im whispering on the phone and all contact moving forward is supposed to be done via email. Just to be safe a delivery date was made that day on the phone. About a week later someone from The Brick calls my phone and asks my wife when she wants the chair delivered. Im very agitated and disappointed. I was already contemplating purchasing from amazon but thought I would be getting quality with The Brick. Clearly the quality isnt with communication, or listening to the customer. Hopefully the product is at least good enough that ruining a christmas gift is worth it. Super disappointed
