It's like a ghost town trying to find an employee to help you and the one you do find basically tries walking away when they see you coming Then they say someone will come help you and no one shows up. I swear no one works in the flooring department or any other department. Horrible experience

Contractor delivery is a joke. Waited all day on site. Then as soon as I leave they show up. Hand bombing 50 cinderblocks out the back of a DHL truck...cmon guys, do better.

CAMBRIDGE LOCATION PINEBUSH. Needs better customer service and employees. The employees at this location have pleasant personalities, but they are useless.
Such a big store, but little to no employees when you need help, most have zero to none knowledge of the tools you are looking for, so they refer you to a more experienced individual who takes forever to come, and when they do come, they point you to the direction rather then helping you find what you are looking for, this alone makes you want to leave and go to another store, such as Home Depot ,where they have more helpful employees.
It's terrible when you might be working on a project and need to go for a quick run to get a piece of something you need and you are spending about 1 hour just to get someone to help you, because when you do see someone due to there being such a lack of employees they are already helping another customer.
The only useful one there today was a young curly headed arab/Pakistani, and he had to tell one of his customers to wait so he could help us quickly. I saw another woman braced against a desk and had a small talk with her and she too agreed this store needs better employees who don't walk around mindlessly because she was waiting over 15 minutes for someone to come help her.
Store also needs to be more organized, the appliance sections should have their accessories nearby, rather then walking far to find it, it makes it easier for these untaught workers to understand what you are looking for, because for example I needed a toilet seat bolt, they directed me to the aisle, I reached there, could not find it, and had to seek another worker for 10mins before we had to walk back to the toilets because they don't know where the part comes from, then walk back to the aisle, I probably met all the employees working today because no one knows where anything is so they just call up their other coworker who then calls theirs. I am writing this review because it is not my first time experiencing this type of help from RONA, RONA will go out of business from here if this does not get fixed, because you cannot get sales if your employees don't know what they are talking about -- this as a result pushes customers out the door leaving them feeling unsatisfied. I spent about over an hour today to get a toilet seat bolt. 40 minutes probably waiting for help. The last time I came, we spent 30 waiting for someone to help me lift something into the car in off peak time, it was not a busy day.
Additionally to the only helpful worker, I did see someone prior to him wandering the same aisle of seat bolts and asked him, where he had no urgency on the walk back to the toilets, he was walking like he doesn't get a lunch break or pay, before he called the helpful worker to help him.
I believe what I have said sums up their care to this date, I don't need to speak further on this, you need to speak further to your workers if you want sales to go up.

I bought craftsman trimmer and I want to return it becoz i am not satisfied and the trimmer doesn’t worked good and it’s still in warranty bought it 20 days ago and I came to Rona+ here in Cambridge they said we can’t take it back once u buy it from here the trimmer is running perfect I just used one time but it’s trimming result not nicely so decide to return it but they said no. so please if u buy anything from here don’t buy it until they change their return policy their return policy is garbage not helpful.

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?

How much time will it take to process my order?

How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
