  Isnt it wild when someone can screw up managing such a low effort business? The concrete floor inside is smooth to tje point you will slip if its slightly wet. They are also completely incapable to answering the phone, you need to call over a dozen times until they are annoyed enough to do their job. Their online service also doesn't work, requires an email but doesn't recognize yours when you try to access it. In conclusion, answer your phone

  Olu was great to work with. He’s easy to talk to, very approachable, and has a good sense of humour, which makes communication smooth and pleasant. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, and everything was exactly as expected. Overall, a very positive experience.

  Customer service is absolutely fantastic, however the price is pretty high comparing with other companies, I've been renting since February 2024 and the first month was free then after that until now we're paying almost $500 per month for a 10x20 unit, I called them and said that I would like to stay with them if they give me a better deal, I was supposed to receive a phone call from the location manager to discuss a deal but I never received any calls, So moving to another place in January 4th for less than what I am paying In my opinion any business should know that it's much easier to keep an existing customer than getting a new one, but unfortunately Access Storage doesn't agree with me

  This space is a real scam if you’re dealing with Carlos. He’s so unprofessional and don’t stick to his words. Give you different price and I confirmed multiples times before I cancel my reservation from other place. After knowing the fact I canceled it. His words are changed and arguing and saying I don’t wanna give you parking space and hang up on me, buddy let me clear you one simple thing this industry doesn’t only work with money numbers it also works with relationship with customers. And if I’ve to any upper level to make my complaint I will.
