- SSSevagDec 22, 20251.0Customer service is absolutely fantastic, however the price is pretty high comparing with other companies, I've been renting since February 2024 and the first month was free then after that until now we're paying almost $500 per month for a 10x20 unit, I called them and said that I would like to stay with them if they give me a better deal, I was supposed to receive a phone call from the location manager to discuss a deal but I never received any calls, So moving to another place in January 4th for less than what I am paying In my opinion any business should know that it's much easier to keep an existing customer than getting a new one, but unfortunately Access Storage doesn't agree with me

Give you different price and I confirmed multiples times before I cancel my reservation from other place. After knowing the fact I canceled it. His words are changed and arguing and saying I don’t wanna give you parking space and hang up on me, buddy let me clear you one simple thing this industry doesn’t only work with money numbers it also works with relationship with customers. And if I’ve to any upper level to make my complaint I will.

The central location is perfect, with easy access to the site and a variety of unit sizes to meet anyone's needs. What makes Access Industrial Road really stand out from other storage rental is Carlos, the site manager: his friendly demeanour, knowledge, helpfulness are top-notch. He treats you as a valued customer, and you almost forget that Access is part of a larger chain! I will absolutely return here again, and I give Carlos and Industrial Road Access the highest recommendation to anyone looking for storage.
