Bought some bedroom furniture. Our sales associate, Dante, made our experience perfect. He helped us find what we needed, without any pressure - measuring, checking inventory, checking for sale prices, all along the way. Lastly, all came in under budget, and was delivered on-time, for a reasonable price.

I hate shopping for furniture. So when we walk in to the store we were immediately greeted and sales man. I was glad he kept his distance while we shop. (Yes I know it’s all commission). We were there for my son bed. So don’t expect quality. We were there for a basic platform bed. We also there for mattress which had the major brands. We left and went to competition which didn’t find what we needed and returned to purchase the platform and mattress at the Brick. The gentleman was very nice.
The delivery arrangements should be more automated. A lady called me then made basic arrangements on the day but not time. Then I received an email advising me to reply back ‘acknowledge’ (which I did). The day before the delivery I called back The Brick (Burlington) and said shouldn’t I be getting an email to book my time? I believe they dropped the ball and forgot to email me back. She replied back saying it will be 2:30-5 (lucky I was available)
The delivery people was nice and smooth.

My husband and I were moving so needed quite a bit of furniture. We went to the Brick to buy it there since I have purchased from the brick before. The sales representative was very helpful, was willing to work within our restraints. We ended up purchasing a dining room table and chairs, a couch, full bedroom set, washer and dryer and an electric gas fireplace, another gas fireplace with an entertainment unit. We purchased over $15,000 worth of stuff there. I confirmed our delivery address and date with them. On delivery day, the brick called to verify the address and they had the "moving out" address so I had to tell them that was the incorrect one even though they had the correct address on file. When the items arrived, the fireplace was shattered, the bottom portion of the bed was cracked. The delivery guys were not willing to take the couch upstairs and continued to leave it in the garage. My husband said that he grew up in the exact same layout of house that it will fit just fine. They were very rude and just "dumped" the items in the rooms. They expected my husband - who had recent heart surgery - to move the items. This was definitely not happening ! I reached out to customer service about the 2 issues and explained to them the delivery situation (never received a response). I reached out to customer service regarding another issue and they did not respond back. We had to go to the store multiple times to get answers and they were not helpful. They were not willing to work with us to rectify the problem. We were told that it wasn't their issue to contact the dealer themselves. Their customer service is horrible, they are not helpful, they are not organized, they are very unprofessional. DO NOT buy from the brick, from our experience, they only want money and don't care about their customers. We will NEVER BUY FROM THE BRICK AGAIN !!!!!!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
