  The moving in the house was great no issues at all but did noticed a issue with middle section. There was a issue with the flap at back of the middle seat doesn't line up with the velcro so I have to place a call to Leons.I also notice the middle seat looks wrong it looks lop sided.

  We ordered a recliner at Leon's in Burlington but had to wait months as there were none available. We got a really good deal on it as we also purchased a built in oven. The sales rep Clive Milton tried to contact us but we had difficulties with our land line as we changed companies. Clive tried to get me on my cell for 2 weeks and unknown to me his call got blocked. The new software on my phone had blocked many calls until I corrected the problem. Clive persisted over 2 weeks to let us know our chair was in. We finally got the chair and love it. It is even better then we thought as the head rest also moves adjusting to compliment the reclining position we choose. Thank you Clive for your tenacity and professionalism in delivering this wonderful recliner.

  Our visit to the Brantford Store was excellent. The lady who helped us with our choice was very knowledgeable about the items we chose and went on to ask about their extended warranty. I would highly recommend getting it. Thank You Stephanie. Definitely will return to Leon's for any future furniture needs. The delivery was as stated snd both Alex and Frances were polite and set up our recliners in no time at all. Took their shoes off. Thank you everyone!

  I bought my Vandelay loveseat on Saturday when they had a sale, 15%-20% discount. When Craig P called to set up delivery I asked if the new flyer was out. Craig checked to find out my loveseat had been lowered by $600!!! I called customer service to get the Price Match, new paper work and delighted to find the 5yr extended warranty was also lowered! Today 2 nice guys delivered my loveseat on time, in & out in less than 7 mins!!! They set it up, checked it and took all packaging. Leons will be calling to set up the treatment against stains in 1-2 weeks which is included in my warranty. I highly recommend LEONS

  I had a great delivery experience with Leon’s. The delivery team was very professional, punctual, and handled everything with care. They arrived on time, set up the furniture quickly, and made sure everything was in perfect condition before leaving. What I appreciated most was their friendly attitude and attention to detail—they even cleaned up after the installation and checked that everything was working properly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Overall, very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Leon’s for both quality products and reliable delivery!
