Worst place to buy furniture from. We bought a sectional in December 2025. First they said it will be delivered in 3 days the day we bought it. Then after 3 days when we called they said it will be delivered end of Jan 2026. There was no communication send from their end about the change of delivery. When the sectional arrived in Jan it had two chairs which were defected. We complained about it, after the inspection they said it will be replaced and the replacement will be done in March because currently the chair is out of stock. When we got the call for pick up of those defected items from the company, they said it’s a repair not replacement. They are saying two statements. If you told about replacement then just replace it, why repair now and I have zero trust in this company. First time we bought from here and it is huge disappointment.FYI below is the sectional we bought

Excellent service, both in dealing with Mehr in the Burlington store, purchasing the fridge, to the delivery guys who put down protective covers and blankets on the stairs and hardwood floor, their delivery was exceptional

Moment I walked into the store looking for a specific mattress, was greeted by the professional staff who guided/informed me of all promos and prices. It was great. The delivery crew was amazing. I give this experience 10/10

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Their after purchase customer service is horrendous. It is almost 2 months since I placed my order and it is still only partially delivered. Care kits are not explained or included (I had to go back in to request mine). I received damage product and it was clear it had already been a return before it arrived at my home as it was half packaged. Damaged items are given discounts instead of repairs. Now I am waiting for an exchange of chairs and having to take a 3rd day from work to deal with a delivery. After delivery, be prepared to air out your home. If you need to call the Burlington Store, brew yourself a pot of coffee and be prepared to get through it all before they pick up the phone. I called 17 times before they answered. Their explanation for that?....the night person made an error with the phones when closing up (that seems to be a regular occurance). Also, the store may be open at 10 but the manager admits they are still setting up so they don't answer phones till about 10:20. That's not how real Canadians behave. If the store is open at 10 we are taught to be ready to work at 10. If you want to purchase here, inspect the product before you leave and take it with you right away, and accept that they will not be responsible afterwards even if you purchase their warranty.

Whatever you do, do not buy anything you have to build from this store. I bought a tv stand. When it came there were no tools to put it together and numbers on each wooden pane to correspond to the online manual.
I called customer service and they said since i opened the box it can’t be returned. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard as you don’t know there’s a problem unless you open the box. I spent over 3000 dollars at the brick. Never again. Do not buy from here.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
