Overall good , just don't go pick up at the warehouse door first, go to the front and tell them you are there first. Otherwise the wait will be ridiculous

The delivery of the purchase was fast and smooth. It was late when I decided to add service to take away the old material and the person I spoke with over the phone was very helpful too.

Once they get your money they are absolutely HORRIBLE! I went in to look at some items just before Christmas and found what I wanted…the sales person was great (at that time) I ended up getting a mattress x adjustable bed frame, mattress cover, microwave & full living room set!
While there doing our purchase they said if we ordered & PAID today they would honor the Boxing Day sale price as well as free delivery/take away! Amazing right….boy were we WRONG!
Delivery day shows up today (for the mattress n adjustable frame)…I will start with the fact that the 2 guys who made the delivery were very polite and even tried to help us out with the issue! So I was told that with the purchase of our new bed the old bed would be taken away and the new one assembled…I’m sure you can see where this is going…NO assembly and NO take away happened! I was left to do this on my own…for reference it took 2 grown men to move the 55kg (120+lbs) adjustable bed frame (in a box) into my place and I’m now expected to move it on my own!
After contacting our sales associate I were told “I didn’t give you bags so you didn’t pay for the removal or set up”…well that’s my fault you didn’t as I’m not the employee who knows the policies & way things are to be done…they offered us a $100 credit back onto my card but we would have to pay $100 cash to an outside company to come get it 2 days later (no, I’m not making this stuff up)
I’m are still currently trying to figure all this BS out for getting rid of a mattress/boxspring as well as getting a refund for the delivery fee we were not to be charged in the first place!

Beware of “Canadian Made” Claims & Terrible Service
My husband and I bought a couch from The Brick in March 2025 that was advertised as “Canadian made” and “durable.” Within a month it had snags everywhere and the frame creaked whenever we sat down. It took two months just to get a technician out — a third-party company that never answers calls, leaves no voicemails, and only works weekday daytimes, forcing us to take time off work.
The first tech said some cushion covers could be replaced but the attached ones (where most of the damage is) could not. He also confirmed the frame was warped due to improper installation by The Brick’s delivery team. Then we heard nothing for months. When we followed up, they claimed parts were coming from “overseas,” even though we specifically bought the couch because they told us it was Canadian made.
By November, still no updates. Another round of phone tag later, a second tech finally came — with a couple of cushion covers and a bracket that supposedly took six months to arrive. He immediately said the entire couch needed replacing since most cushions aren’t removable. Again, no follow-up from The Brick. When we called, they said there were “no notes” and the damage “wasn’t there,” even after sending photos and videos.
Now they want to send out a third tech, expecting us to waste more time for the same answer, all while stalling until our warranty expires.
I’ve shopped at The Brick before with no issues, but if you end up with a defective product, the customer service is a complete nightmare. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had with any retailer.
Save yourself the headache — buy elsewhere.
ADDIONALLY to your response -
It’s frustrating to see how quickly and “helpfully” you respond to public reviews when our actual experience dealing with your team has been the complete opposite. We’ve already spoken with multiple employees including managers at the Burlington location, and not one person has been helpful or taken any real steps to resolve this issue. We’ve been doing the same thing over and over again since May and no one is listening.
We even explained that we were willing to spend more money in your store if you provided a credit for the couch or took it back so we could purchase a more expensive replacement. Instead of working with us, every person we’ve dealt with has made this situation extremely difficult to manage and has offered no real solution.
At this point, we’ve had to reach out to head office, because the staff we’ve spoken to have done nothing to assist us.
So while this online response sounds great, it doesn’t reflect the level of support we’ve actually received — which has been incredibly disappointing.
