First, I was advised that the delivery would take a few months so I was prepared. The delivery system was so easy -- from booking the delivery to the delivery itself. Everyone was professional and responded promptly to my messages. I received regular updates so that I knew when to expect them to arrive. The delivery guys went above and beyond and I really appreciate their extra efforts.

Macrae was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue properly. This level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. I confirmed on the phone that I can go there to pick it up. After 45 minutes drive when I got there, the item was not in the stock. They messed up. No trust on Leon’s furniture. Today (on Jan. 4th 2026) my new Full Leather Recliner Sofa Set (3-seater, Love Seat and 1-Seater Rocking) was scheduled to be delivered between 10 AM 2 PM. The Leon's Delivery Team arrived within the given delivery window, unloaded the sofas, unpacked and installed very nicely. Leon's Delivery Team Members: Todd and Girarad were exceptionally supportive and kind!!! I really appreciate LEON'S Administrative Management and Supply-Chain & Logistics Management Team for Selecting the Experienced and Well-mannered, Supportive Delivery Team!! - BBBDSDec 23, 20251.0Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 6 chairs only received 4 on delivery. Driver lied about each box containing 3 chairs, when they only contained 2 chairs. Was trying to reach the burlington store since 1pm had to drive 30mins to go there at 7pm since they kept giving me the run around. Got to the store they stated they found my chairs on the camera, after an hour plus of waiting they come back and tell me that the chairs were actually delivered to a different customer. Completely wasted my time, had to drive just to get told something they could have told me over the phone if they had any sort of customer service. Horrible service, horrible organization, horrible experience.
