    Charles was an excellent salesperson. He was patient, friendly, not pushy at all, and made the entire buying experience smooth. He is the reason this review isn’t lower. The loss of two stars is because of another sales rep who was extremely pushy from the moment we walked in. He repeatedly insisted that we tell other staff we were dealing with him, even after we clearly said we were just looking around. He approached us a second time asking if we were buying today or another day and tried to give us his phone number. For identification purposes only — this salesperson mentioned he was originally from Iraq. His persistence and pressure were so uncomfortable that we almost walked out of the store. This level of aggressive sales behavior is unacceptable and takes away from the overall customer experience. Management should seriously address this, as I’m sure we are not the only customers who would feel pressured enough to consider leaving.

    We recently visited Leon's Furniture to purchase a sofa bed, and we were incredibly fortunate to be helped by Imad. From the moment we started, Imad made us feel completely comfortable and was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what we needed. Not only did he provide exceptional service, but he also managed to get us an absolutely amazing deal on our purchase!     The delivery of our purchase was very promptly scheduled. The delivery staff were very courteous and careful in bringing the items into our home. However unfortunately, one of the items received was incorrect. This was noted by the driver, and that evening we received a call from Leon's to schedule delivery of the replacement item. All is now received and good. While ideally everything would have arrived correctly on the first delivery event, we give 5 stars for Leon's quick action to correct the situation. We have purchased many items from Leon's in the past few years, and are repeat customers due to their professionalism.

I placed an order for a dining table set back in July 2025, and as of November 2025, I’m still waiting for parts of my order to arrive. For anyone considering ordering larger furniture items, I’d recommend double‑checking delivery timelines and asking for clear updates before finalizing your purchase. If you’re in a rush to furnish your home, it might be better to confirm in‑stock availability or choose items that guarantee faster delivery. That said, if you’re patient and willing to wait, the quality and the support team are reassuring, but the delays are something to keep in mind.

    I ordered 4 chairs which we picked up. When we got them home, one was clearly a returned item, it was in different packaging and was scratched and damaged. When I contacted customer service, they were quick to arrange a replacement to be delivered, which was appreciated. However, once the new chair arrived, it was also damaged, worse than the first one! The package contained the chair, but also included extra items and instructions for a different chair. I am disappointed and frustrated with the lack of quality control on these items. It's shocking that a furniture store would be this lax with the items they are providing.
