  Great delivery team, very respectful and took care of getting the mattress up the stairs without a problem, the guys said they are new to the area and they handled everything like professionals and care, with no hesitation. Leon's sales team was helpful and patient with us picking out a mattress, so far couldn't be happier.

  My parents purchased washer and dryer washer was delivered and dryer well month later numerous visits promises and calls and no dryer o honestly dont think they even know what's happening with deliveries. So called manager Macrea Hewitt was extremely condescending and dismissive. He tried to go back on his word and bluntly told me I was putting words in his mouth which was a lie I can't belive the disrespect and mistreatment that thay have given to eledery people. My parents are 80 years old and they don't need the run around. Its nice to take someone's money and hold it with no valid explanation . This manager should not be allowed to deal with customers he has 0 sense of customer service. What happened to catering to customers? That does not exist in this store. The only person that was extremely helpful was Sharon .

  Purchase : We bought our first couch from Leon’s Hamilton stone church. In my experience we were so impressed by our sales person Ankit , he was the reason for our purchase from Leon’s after looking for perfect couch from many store. He was so kind, professional and patient with us. He made our purchase so smoothly and believable. Thank you Ankit , you are rockstar. Thank you Leon’s for such a wonderful service. Delievery: Smooth and timely delivery. They call me ahead of time to prepare the arrival of my perfect couch. Varun and Ryan were amazing and sweet . They handle everything very well and carefully.

  Never buy anything from here, if you feel so inclined to waste your money at Leon's for whatever reason, avoid the markdown section. Mattresses are disgusting, they take back mattresses that people have slept on for up to 200 days and the only real requirement they have for said return is for it to have a mattress protector. There is no way for them to verify this aside from if you bought one with the mattress. When they get taken back to the store they're dragged across the warehouse floor which is full of dirt and holes from the "attempted" patches. They charge far too much for things that belong in the garbage.

  It is garbage! We bought bedroom set there and scheduled a delivery date, no confirmation until one day before, called and turned out to be nothing in stock one day before the delivery date while sales promised us they are all in stock , ready for a go. We had to rush to The BRICK to do last minute purchase in order to still move in our new house on time. ZERO trust in LEON ! Will never go back, never recommend nobody to there! Total garbage! I would seriously consider a legal action if more cost caused by them !
