  I purchased the manual pull down solar shades for my home me for UV control and privacy. Steve the salesman was very helpful; the price was good (30% sale); and I received the final products built to custom specifications in a timely manner. Final installation was easy and fast. Great products. I highly recommend Blinds to go.

  Colin Toews in the store is excellent. Provided top notch, end to end customer service, very professional and kind. Everything went according to customer promise, scheduling, manufacturing and installation. Johan the installer was also excellent and a nice guy. Thank you!

  I dont know why there reviews are so good. I've had to have a technician to my house twice within the first 3 months of installation. They are very good when addressing issues but nevertheless I am not happy that I've had to call them at all. What is an ongoing problem is that when the blinds are fully up they are crooked which is completely unacceptable it does not look good also 2 of the blinds are off center. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend blinds to go

  They quoted me $7000 for zebra blinds. I went to a blinds store in Milton and paid $2790 for the exact same product. These people are scammers.

  We ordered two sets of blinds in mid-December. To start on a positive note, the salespeople were absolutely fantastic professional, helpful, and a great experience overall (hence the additional star). Unfortunately, the issues began at installation. When the technician arrived, the warehouse had not provided the correct parts. While mistakes can happen, this meant the installation had to be partially rescheduled for January. When the technician returned in January, the warehouse again failed to provide the correct parts. At that point, the technician mentioned he had figured out an alternative way to install them, which was concerning given this was not the original or intended setup. The second set of blinds was installed with fewer issues, however we later noticed that the blinds are visibly crooked. Individually, these issues aren’t deal-breakers. But when you pay a premium price, there’s a reasonable expectation of basic quality control and proper execution. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met here. For the cost, the overall quality and attention to detail were highly lacking. Avoid.
