We came in November to secure the unit size we wanted and due to a delay in our project, I had to call in today to delay our start date for the unit by a month. It was Ede both times that assisted and resolved our concerns. Her customer service has been excellent! Thank you for making this experience seamless.

My daughter and son in law were also very impressed. We were so impressed his name was brought up in a recent conversation. He broke down and explained everything very carefully. Questions answered with clarity. I strongly recommend this location. Well organized and above and beyond great customer service from all their staff including Ede on my exit! :)

He couldn't have put me more at ease and im in the customer service industry and know what its like to have a colorful motley bunch of characters come through door. This gentleman had no way of knowing I was struggling to talk etc and put me at ease very quickly got me laughing w clean jokes I cant wait to share w family and recommend this facility and in particular Prateek...should Moonlight as psychiatrist lol. Thanks access storage!
