    First time with Access Storage and it’s been a real pleasure dealing with people who really care your getting what you need. The people is what made the experience so positive! I feel I got a good deal and confident my valued possessions are secure and safe. The lady at the office where I went to finalize my storage area was so knowledgeable on storage tips it was impressive. She was very professional and friendly. I like when I feel confident about a purchase or a deal I made and I’m very confident with this deal. Thanks

    Please seek out alternative storage options. This facility has issues with humidity control resulting in moisture and mold of items stored here. They refuse to acknowledge or take accountability, even with provided photos and video footage. They will charge you more than any other storage facility for climate controlled that is not actually climate controlled. Terrible facility and terrible customer service if seeking anyone beyond the store level. Save yourself the expense, headache and cost of destroying your belongings. Find a different storage facility.
