She was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout my visit. Her service was truly exceptional, and she went above and beyond to support me.   Meeting Ayrianna was like meeting with an old friend I hadn't seen in a while, but in reality we'd never met before. She was so friendly, so knowledgeable, and so quick to go above and beyond to help me cope while I was dealing with an extremely difficult personal situation, which turned out to be even more serious than initially understood. She is such a pleasant person to interact with, that I can't help but recommend all ofy friends and family consider storing their goods here. Thanks Ayrianna!

  EDIT: The district manager reached out to me made things right. He refunded the extra fees and has committed to reviewing the geofencing issue. Bumping the stars onthe review from 2->4 Subject: Unfair fees and poor facility conditions I had to get a locker here due to a time crunch, but I am disappointed with their business practices and facility conditions. First, their access hub does not work when out of the country. I was away on a trip and tried to log in multiple times to pay, but the system blocked me. I returned to find late fees nearly as high as the rent itself—this is preposterous. When I asked for a one-time exception given their technical limitation, the staff just quoted the contract. I never anticipated being physically blocked from making a payment by their own system. Second, there is no lighting in the drive-up lockers. This should be a basic necessity for safety and utility. Moving storage is physically demanding and costly, so I am stuck here for the time being. However, they have lost my trust. As soon as it is feasible, I will be taking my business to an organization that is collaborative and values long-term customer relationships. I hope management sees this review and reaches out to rectify this unfair fee situation.
