Deliveries are outrageously delayed- Staff is keen to sell their stock and quick to charge and ask for payment. However delivery and after sales service is so bad !. I ordered a night stand with an understanding it will take 8 weeks for the stock to arrive at store. 13 weeks later I never got the delivery - then I went to ask for refund - I had to make 3 store visits and 5 calls to this wonderful Accounts receivable department at their Kingston location and no body returns your call. when I contacted Leon's customer service (chat option)... the answer I got is - we will ask the store to call you back and this location is franchise location - to be honest how does that matter to the customer? If there is a "Leon's logo in front of a store " - that's what a customer sees. The only blessing in this experience is the manager who tried her best to get me the refund given all the issues.

Didn’t try anything shady either which you come to expect from similar places like The Brick. Leon is the goat! Delivery guys were quick and helpful and very polite.
