If I could give a 0 star I would, my wife and I purchased a chair in April 2024 we had the chair less then six months and the arms broke on the chair, we faught to get the manufacture warranty to fix it and finally in May 2025 we got an answer from Leon's Brockville that someone would come look at it in which they did, then no one would get back to us again. So we went into the store in June 2025 and spoke with Jordan in which he allowed us to pick a chair off the floor and we set it for delivery for the following Wednesday in which we received a call day of delivery stating that they no longer could deliver the chair as someone else sold it and gave it to another customer off the floor for pick up the previous day not realizing it was a sold chair. Jordan then said they will get it ordered and we will have it before Halloween. My wife went into Leon's in November to find out that the chair was not ordered till late September. It is now coming up on two years we've had this chair and over a year we haven't been able to use said chair. I will be notifying all community members to not purchase from Leon's Brockville as they don't stand on their warranty and when they correct the issue it takes months if not years to correct and replace said furniture. I still am here with a broken chair and my replacement not ordered! I will be reaching out to the better business bureaus and a lawyer first thing Monday morning. Donna McAuley

I would like to share my experience with Leon’s Brockville, which has been concerning In September, we visited the store and purchased a couch and a full bedroom set, paying the entire amount upfront. At the time of purchase, we were clearly told and understood that the furniture would be delivered by November, aligned with our move into a new home. It is now mid December , and we still do not have a confirmed ETA for our complete order. We have been informed that everything is supposedly ready except the headboard, and the store has suggested providing a loaner headboard in the meantime. This is not acceptable to us. We did not purchase part of a bedroom set—we purchased a complete package, and that is what we expect to be delivered. Our concern is that once a loaner is accepted, the actual headboard we ordered may never be delivered, leaving us in an ongoing and unresolved situation. This entire experience has been difficult To make matters worse, when I contacted Leon’s Customer Care, I was told that this is a franchise location. As a customer, this distinction is irrelevant. When a store operates under the Leon’s brand name, customers reasonably expect the same service standards, accountability, and customer experience, regardless of whether the location is corporate-owned or franchised. I have since emailed both Leon’s Customer Care and the Brockville store, and I am hoping someone will finally provide us with a clear and realistic delivery timeline. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has been disappointing I sincerely hope the store owner or senior management reviews this matter and takes immediate steps to resolve it or find a solution that does not involve a loaner headboard

I have not had the best experience at the Brockville location. Deliveries are outrageously delayed- Staff is keen to sell their stock and quick to charge and ask for payment. However delivery and after sales service is so bad !. I ordered a night stand with an understanding it will take 8 weeks for the stock to arrive at store. 13 weeks later I never got the delivery - then I went to ask for refund - I had to make 3 store visits and 5 calls to this wonderful Accounts receivable department at their Kingston location and no body returns your call. when I contacted Leon's customer service (chat option)... the answer I got is - we will ask the store to call you back and this location is franchise location - to be honest how does that matter to the customer? If there is a "Leon's logo in front of a store " - that's what a customer sees. The only blessing in this experience is the manager who tried her best to get me the refund given all the issues.
