  We had an amazing experience with Shazia! She was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful with our purchase. She was knowledgeable and really helped guide us through our purchase without being overbearing! Definitely would recommend her!😁

  My fridge went down this morning, walked into Leon’s and met the miracle worker Shazia Meer. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep. She actually arranged for delivery the next day. Thank you Shazia for everything you did for us today. Five Star!

  I recently had a mixed experience at Leon’s in Brantford. Initially, everything went very well. My salesperson, Chris, was excellent—approachable, not pushy, and genuinely helpful in guiding me toward the right purchase. Unfortunately, one of the items I purchased was damaged during shipping. When I brought this to the store’s attention, I had the opportunity to work with Allie, the manager, who handled the situation exceptionally well. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue, remained friendly throughout, and followed through on everything she promised. I also had positive interactions with other staff members. Arpit at the front desk was welcoming and had a great sense of humor, and Kj in the pickup area was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Based on these experiences, there are several team members I would gladly work with again. However, my experience was significantly impacted by an interaction with Christine, the customer care supervisor. When I called regarding the damaged item and a missing component from another purchase, I remained calm and polite despite the inconvenience. Unfortunately, Christine was dismissive and rude. She repeatedly disputed that parts were missing and suggested I had not looked properly, which was both frustrating and unhelpful. The interaction escalated further when she accused me of being aggressive, which I strongly disagree with. Later, during an in-store visit to pick up a replacement, I encountered her again and found her to be unapproachable and visibly irritated. Despite being informed that the manager was expecting me, she resisted contacting her and continued to argue unnecessarily. The situation was only resolved once another staff member stepped in and contacted the manager, after which everything was handled quickly and professionally. If my experience had been limited to these interactions, I would not consider returning. While many members of the team provided excellent service, this particular experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer care I would expect—especially from someone in a supervisory role.

  I purchased an expensive mattress from Leon’s Brantford. We were advised of a 6 month comfort guarantee, meaning if the mattress didn’t meet your comfort, it could be returned anytime within 6 months Upon delivery, it was quite clear this was not the same comfort level of the store model. I returned 3 days later to advise that the mattress was no where near expectations. I was referred to the Manager, Kyle. Kyle would not listen to my complaint and advised that I had to use the mattress for a minimum 21 days before they would accept return. At no time was this 21 day condition ever explained to me on purchase. I was advised that the mattress was stiff as it was new. He suggested to jump up and down on it and then it was actually suggested that I get a hammer and hit the mattress numerous times ?? This would help loosen up the fibers. The manager has very minimal customer satisfaction awareness. He was rude and condescending. The icing on the cake was when I was leaving, on the way out the door, he said, in a very condescending way, “oh, have a nice day”. Never again will I entertain shopping at this Leon’s store. I’ve shopped at Leon’s, in Simcoe and always had a pleasurable experience.
