    I reached out to the brick last week to double check whether or not I would be able to cancel my order for the TV. At the time they said no you can't because it's a made to order purchase and it's gonna be ready for pick up on January 7. I hadn't received any notification that anything was ready for pick up tomorrow so I called the distribution center, and they told me that the actual pick up location was in Mississauga Ontario. So I called the brick to find out what was going on, and apparently the person on the online chat that processed my order processed it through her store location, which is in Mississauga and didn't choose the brick distribution center in Edmonton that I had requested but chose pick up from the Mississauga Ontario location that she works out of. So now, they said that they could re-process my order and have it be for pick up at the Edmonton location but at this point in time, they don't have any of the TVs in stock? So they gave away my tv? so now I’m looking at another wait of approximately 2 to 3 months. I said I was super pissed off and then I just wanted to cancel the order but they said that they can't cancel the order on their end but would have to reach out to the store for the pick up in order to see if they can call me to figure out what the heck is going on. No help at all, worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT purchase anything at the brick.

    I had a very bad experience here in 2020 and swore I would never buy from The Brick ever again… However, though I did not buy anything and was just there for moral support for my friend, I have to give a huge shoutout to Justin. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to my friend. There was zero pressure to buy and just gave us facts. Promote that man!

    W were greeted at the entrance by a very pleasant gentlement who escorted us to the area I expressed interest in purchasing. This man was most informative and lucky me, he even owned the same freezer I was most interested. He was honest and thorough. Freezer info received, purchase and delivery apptment made in record time, (along with some pleasant chit chat). The Brick has beautiful items, and policies, and their staff is definetely First Class..thanks.

    We had an amazing experience shopping here at The Brick Brantford location on Boxing Day! We were looking for a new sectional and Danielle made the entire process seamless. We were very specific on the size we needed for our space, and she worked patiently with us to find the perfect configuration. We did run into a bit of a hurdle regarding the colour—it wasn’t exactly what we initially had in mind—but Danielle was incredible at resolving the issue. She offered us options and a clear plan in case we aren’t 100% happy when we receive it, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured us. If you’re looking for great furniture, even better service, and a salesperson who truly has your back, ask for Danielle. Five stars all the way!"

    I wish I could say this was a good experience but it has been so much trouble at each step. I have been dealing with the warranty on a 3 year old fridge that has had. 7 service calls and still not able to fix the issue, no parts, long turn around times. They then offer me a value of $800 on a $2300 fridge to go towards a new one after repeated calls they agreed to increase the amount to 1500. Keep in mind that I paid for the additional 4 years of warranty to make sure that I would not have these issues. Wrong the Lemon policy in fake. The store has been difficult to deal with, called the Brick customer care. Left 3 messages over 3 weeks and never once a response. Hate leave a review here but others should be warned about this service. I suggest you try a different retailer as the Brick clearly does not value a customer or have any interest in helping. So sad and disappointing to be treated so poorly.
