    Store was fine. Being approached by a sales rep is fine. But the sales rep not getting the hint that we are just browsing. Not fine. I get they are commissioned sales reps, but we felt like we were being stalked by David the entire time we browsed. We would have stayed longer, looked at more, tried more furniture, but David was always 20' away and always staring at us eagerly. Felt uncomfortable. If I have a question, I'll come ask. TLDR: sales rep is over eager and needs to just let us browse

    I had David M. as the sales person and he was outstanding. Very friendly, polite and showed me what I wanted and also made suggestions for my purchase of my new sofa. Brantford Brick had a decent selection to choose from. Definitely worth checking out. Great staff.

    Our sales person Melanie E was spectacular!! She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the appliances that we purchased. We had done our due diligence and researched the type of washer and dryer that we needed . Melanie made the transaction super simple and stress free. We then left to shop around for a couch. We went back shortly to The Brick . We found that they have the best quality and price on couches. We also had enjoyed working with Melanie so much that we had decided to go back to The Brick in Brantford, On and purchase it from Melanie.

    Fast, reliable service, the movers were efficient, the only thing is the items were already unboxed in the truck as they take the rubbish away, I would of liked them to bring the appliances in the house, boxed and then unbox it in front of me, but other than that I am very pleased.

    We’ve bought furniture here before and it was alright. However, last weekend we decided to go shopping for new chairs and the sales guy was kinda weird and just followed us around the whole time. We didn’t feel comfortable and it made us want to leave. I don’t understand the commission model, seems outdated and irrelevant. Commission based compensation seems to result in high pressure situations and desperate employees. Eventually we went to Leon’s and the sales lady there struck a good balance of customer service and giving space. We did purchase 2 chairs for $1850 which we are very excited to receive.
