Im submitting 2 reviews, the first one is the so called "Management" i assume, who are answering the negative comments.
Every response you give is an automatically generated response that further insults those who have had a bad experience, you would be better off not to respond.
Now on to something more positive.
In all honesty, this started out as a 1 star at most but quickly moved into a 5 star thanks to Rob. As much as I could use $1000 right now, I would much rather see Rob get it.
Let me explain.
I went in looking for a few window film kits, I had bout them at another store not Lowes and the tape wasn't sticking too well, double sided.
I was looking for a rep but couldn't find one. I asked the guy who was working in the door section, he sent me to the door section. I have really bad knees and I'm a senior if you don't know what you are talkikg about then don't pretend to know. So, im at the saw, i called them on my phone and whoever answered said they would send someone right away, 10 minutes later I hear them announce to send me someone, 2 representatives were coming towards me but they were clueless on what I wanted. And one guy wS a stock person. 5 minutes later, the rep they sent me from customer service is walking towards me and waving, i tell the other guys i will just deal with her.
She got to me, I explained what I needed and she didn't k ow what it was either, tjat is 4 people who were clueless.
I decided just to go to Home Depot i had wasted 30-40 minutes as it was.
When wLking out there was an older guy, beard and before I could ask for help, he offered help, His name was Rob. He knew exactly what I needed, and on top of that, they had extra rolls of tape which was a huge bonus. I have had him help me in the past, he always knows where everything is. You folks need more guys like Rob. Thank you Rob, your help was so appreciated.

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?

How much time will it take to process my order?

How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
