- DDD5 days ago4.0Update: making my review better as I spoke with a manager she apologized and said that it’s not ok for the dishonesty and gave me a $200 credit for my bill, thank you very much! We purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Ishani, I originally was really happy with her customer service, however overtime I’ve noticed dishonesty. When selling us our recent mattress and couch through payment plan, she originally said the first bill wouldn’t be high, we are going through the purchase she then lays down that the first bill would be higher at $776 (after that $135/month) … little shocked but said we’d pay it… just got my first bill it’s actually $929 … right near Christmas… by the time I pay this off my next bill will already be out… and I will be putting in a complaint, on top of that she didn’t tell us she was throwing in an expensive mattress topper that added another $200 fee, she didn’t add the recycling fee so I’m stuck with a pile of cardboard from the couch, and the previous couch she convinced us was so good has had non stop problems with it, I understand your trying to make money but dishonesty doesn’t work with me.

Spoke to Jaspreet at the Brantford store and even though it was only questions I had she was very knowledgeable and helpful . Answered all my questions without hesitation. Kevin from the Hamilton location could learn a lot from Jaspreet and her level of service. I live in Hamilton but will drive to Brantford to give Jaspreet my business. WELL DONE JASPREET

He was transparent throughout the process and truly prioritized our satisfaction with the products. We’re so happy with our new sectional, ottoman, and king-sized mattress and frame!
