  Very accommodating to my needs. No one tried to upsell me on the unit I needed. Staff is extremely friendly! Highly recommend if you need to store your belongings.

  My experience at Access Storage was excellent from start to finish. The facility itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made me feel confident that my belongings would be safe and well cared for. Everything was organized and easy to navigate, and the overall environment felt secure and professional. Lindsay made the visit especially memorable. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely funny, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It’s not often you meet someone who can balance efficiency with a great sense of humor, and she made what could have been a routine task feel welcoming and stress-free. On top of the great service, Lindsay went above and beyond by arranging a $50 gift card when I referred my friend to get a unit. That level of appreciation and customer care really stood out. Between the excellent service, the clean facility, and the thoughtful referral reward, I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage.

  Lindsay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She walking through the whole process. She greeted him very kindly with a smile and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

  I had an amazing stay with them while I was renting out my unit , anything I needed they were there to assist me in any means! The lady Lindsay that works here , she is by far the best employee I’ve came across while renting out the unit! If anyone is looking , please use this facility for storage as you will receive top notch customer service. Thank you so much Lindsay and access storage for everything you have done for me! If I ever need to rent a storage unit , you can count on me coming back with no questions or hesitations.

  The staff are absolutely amazing and pleasant!! I needed to park my bus as a I needed to go to the police station however there was no room for my big yellow. I went in to ask if I could park my bus in their parking lot and without hesitation, and with warm smiles, they allowed me to leave it there no problem!! Definitely will go there if I ever need storage with customer service like that!! Thank you ladies, absolutely amazing 😍🥰
