The facility is excellent, and my experience has been very good so far. The only possible improvement as mentioned from my movers is the availability for the ramp to raise or lower at the large loading dock.

They quickly set me up with a storage unit, last minute 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday & after hours when I arrived and was locked out ( broken latch) they quickly resolved the issue to make sure I had full access and security. UPDATE: Since I cant add another review, I'd like to add that this morning I had the pleasure of speaking with Eddie, regarding my account and AGAIN, I was greeted with a friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff member. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I havent seen staff as amazing in a very long time!!

- MPmark pOct 22, 20251.0BEWARE*** I rented an indoor unit here and purchased their insurance. And unfortunately my unit was infested with rats and ate through my boxes and damaged a bunch of my belongings totaling over $1000. Supposedly their insurance has no deductible and covered for damages up to $5000. I alrrady moved out of the unit and "claim" has been filled with them. After a month of following up they advised they had submitted it, but no information given to me in regards to the claim. No claim number, no company name, no adjuster information provided. Another month goes by ( 2 months now ), they advised me that rodent damage is not covered. I have all video and photo evidence with rat feces and even traps outside my unit and around corner. So clearly there is an issue with rodent. EDIT**** Contacted client care as advised on my Google review response - to no help. Not even surprised...
