    I had the best experience at the brick thanks to Anju Kalia. She helped me with all my needs and answered every question I had. She is extremely patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her!

    Had a fantastic experience at The Brick in Brampton! The store had a great selection and everything was well organized, making it easy to find what I needed. A special shoutout to Ramneek for the outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable—took the time to understand my requirements and guided me to the best options without any pressure. She truly made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for quality furniture and excellent service. Will definitely be coming back!

    Excellent Customer Service! Ashok at Bricks Furniture provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with all my questions about the furniture. When a small delivery issue came up, he personally followed up and resolved it quickly. His courteous and professional approach made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. In today’s world, this level of service is rare. Highly recommend asking for Ashok if you’re shopping at Bricks Furniture

    I had an excellent experience at the store, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ashish Bhatti and Store Manager Harry Saini. Ashish was बेहद knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to our needs, he took the time to understand our preferences and guided us to the perfect choices without any pressure. The store Manager Harry Saini ensured that the entire process was smooth and seamless. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were clearly evident, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. Together, they made what can often be a stressful process into a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service!

    The absolute worst experience I’ve had at this location. Our order was delayed twice and didn’t arrive until almost three months later, which was already disappointing. When we came in to process the return, the customer service lady at the back counter was very rude, impatient, and dismissive. She spoke loudly while we were simply asking basic questions and even appeared to be trying to convince the manager not to refund our money, which I found very strange. My mother was also just trying to read the return receipt to make sure everything was correct, and the customer service lady abruptly said, “It’s all there, we’re not trying to keep your money,” in a sharp tone. We were polite the entire time, so the attitude felt completely unnecessary. To be fair, the manager on shift was polite and did process the refund. However, the way the customer service lady handled the situation made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, this was a horrible customer service experience, and based on this interaction I would not recommend shopping at this location.
