Despite this, the facility activated the rental anyway and later claimed it had been active for several days. Because of that, they refused to refund the admin fee. The biggest issue is that I never signed a contract and never used the storage unit. I discussed this with the store manager, Paula Crowder, and instead of resolving the issue quickly, the situation was dragged out with excuses about reviewing recordings. This is not the level of professionalism customers expect when dealing with their belongings and money.
