  The store manager, Paula, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to help with my refund and spoke in a condescending tone. Completely unacceptable customer service—Safe Self Storage needs to address this immediately.

  I strongly regret booking with Safe Self Storage. I cancelled my reservation the same day it was booked and never moved into the unit. Despite this, the facility activated the rental anyway and later claimed it had been active for several days. Because of that, they refused to refund the admin fee. The biggest issue is that I never signed a contract and never used the storage unit. I discussed this with the store manager, Paula Crowder, and instead of resolving the issue quickly, the situation was dragged out with excuses about reviewing recordings. This is not the level of professionalism customers expect when dealing with their belongings and money.

  I had a very bad experience with this storage facility. I stored my personal belongings here, but when I later came to access my unit, I was denied access due to their internal issues. I was told there was a problem because another customer had the same name as me, which is clearly their mistake and poor record management. Because of this issue, I suffered a lot. I was unable to access my own belongings when I needed them, which caused stress, inconvenience, and disruption to my plans. The situation was entirely out of my control. The management acknowledged their mistake and promised compensation for the trouble and hardship I went through. However, it has now been more than a month, and I have received nothing. Despite follow-ups, no compensation has been provided and no proper resolution has been given. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. I trusted this facility with my belongings and expected basic competence and follow-through. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place.
