  Amazing in store experience. Ali is an amazing sales representative, he immediately made us feel welcome and helped us, showing us all the options they had for couches. Myer showed exceptional customer support when helping us find a TV, showing us all the options, and patiently helping us through the decision process. 100% would recommend this location for their large selection, and amazing customer service.

  Misrepresented as Leather – Ripped Within Weeks I purchased a Daytona Sectional "leather sofa" from Leon's Brampton on Feb 3rd, delivered February 7, 2026, for about $2,000 + tax. The product was advertised in the flyer as leather, and the sales representative (Ramit) explicitly assured me it was genuine leather. I relied on this to make the purchase. Unfortunately, the material ripped/teared significantly shortly after delivery (within two weeks), revealing what appears to be bonded or faux leather rather than genuine leather – it failed prematurely and does not match the description provided. I contacted the store, but they refused a return or refund, citing the "non-returnable" policy on the invoice. I've escalated to corporate customer care with photos, the flyer, and invoice, citing Ontario's Consumer Protection Act on misleading representations. This experience was very disappointing for such an expensive item. Potential buyers: be cautious with Leon's leather products – double-check materials in writing if possible, as advertising and sales statements may not match the actual product. Many similar complaints exist online about early ripping/peeling on "leather" furniture here. Do not trust claims of 'leather' without verification. I hope Leon's resolves this fairly soon. Update Feb 26: Leon's BBB response claims 'leather where body touches,' but the flyer said simply 'leather,' sales rep confirmed leather, and rips occurred on front lower body-contact area too. Still no resolution—buyer beware on their leather claims. Update March 13: Leon’s refused refund on BBB (citing final sale/72-hr policy/warranty), BBB closed complaint. Still pursuing via Ontario Ministry & credit card chargeback due to misrepresentation (advertised as leather, ripped on body-touch areas). Buyer beware.

  I spent over $15k on furniture from this store and the slats on my bed broke within a few months of the purchase. I emailed customer service with the pics of the damage and they said i have to wait up to 6 weeks for new slats and there is nothing else they can do. Its not my fault the slats are defective , why do i need to wait 6 weeks to sleep on the bed? Very poor customer service!

  The delivery guys were amazing. I do have to say the customer service wasn’t the greatest experience. I waited all day for a delivery and the truck broke down and they were not willing to put on a truck and deliver that day. I asked if the manager could call me to discuss and no one called. One one even called to reschedule delivery. I had to call them and whoever answered said “no one called you?”. This ended up delaying the delivery by 2 days and still no manager called me to discuss my concerns. The hugest issue is I paid for them to take away old mattress when they brought the new one. The original day I had already taken the king mattress and placed in plastic bag as per Leon’s protocol. I had to then take it out of bag lug it back upstairs for a few days and lug back downstairs and place in bag again on the second delivery date.

  Communication and transparency needs more work. We had a good experience in store with Raghav, who was helpful and clear with financing options. However, we were quoted a delivery date of 1-2 weeks subject to holiday delays. The actual delivery was 10 weeks. Additionally, we were told that upon delivery, the workers would remove our old 2 piece sofa set. The customer service agent who called us to confirm our delivery the DAY before informed us that we should have signed a waiver at the store and picked up bags for the old furniture in order for the delivery guys to remove it. We had spoken to both Raghav and another associate in store regarding the pick up of old furniture and they both reassured us that no action is required on our part. We’re very satisfied with the 3 piece sectional received, however the communication regarding the delivery has not been the best. I would much rather shop at a different location going forward.
