  I had worse experience visiting Leons, I was told a price and then they changed to higher price at the counter, while paying they said we made error while telling you the price. Manager said she is busy and had other things to do and my employee made error and nothing could be done now. Price was changing every minute. Pathetic service and very unprofessional staff!!

  I would like to recognize JASLEEN for her outstanding customer service at the front desk Out of everyone I spoke with, she truly stood out. She communicated all the details clearly, listened attentively, and fully understood the issue I was experiencing. I had a problem with a recently purchased sofa — the cushion was damaged, and the sofa produced a squeaking sound. Despite contacting customer service earlier, I was unable to find a solution. However, once I spoke with Jasleen, she went above and beyond to address and resolve the issue. I am extremely grateful for her dedication and support. Excellent customer service from Jasleen.

  ​I recently purchased a sofa from Leon's, and I wanted to specifically commend the delivery and setup team. ​The delivery process was outstanding from start to finish. I received clear communication regarding the delivery window, and the team arrived promptly within the scheduled time. ​What really impressed me was the setup service. The delivery personnel were professional, courteous, and handled the new sofa with care. They efficiently brought the piece into my home, placed it exactly where I wanted it, and took the time to set it up perfectly. They also quickly removed all the packaging materials, leaving my space clean.

  While the sales person Tony we dealt with was AMAZING and went above and beyond, when our furniture got delivered the delivery driver not the helper was not professional at all he dropped one of the sofas, refused to unpack the sofas left our home dirty as he also refused to take off his shoes. When we unpacked the sofas we found damage to the side of the sofa that the driver dropped it on now we have to be dealing with returning it and getting a new one because the driver did not do his job properly.

  We purchased a fridge from Leon's. We were given a delivery date and time and were called the day before to confirm delivery time. The app kept us aware of the delivery status. It arrived exactly on the time indicated. The delivery guys Shane and Darion were excellent. They were very helpful, kind and polite. We were very pleased with the whole experience and would purchase from Leon's again.
