    A lovely girl Nandini helped me right away when I got to the Mississauga location. She was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to check all my boxes! After I placed my order and paid she kept in communication with me regarding delivery and an add-on. Delivery was exactly how she arranged it. I haven’t put the bed together yet but I can’t wait! Thank you Nandini! I WILL see you again!!!

    Fantastic service. If you go here, ask for Babu! No one is a better sales person than Babu - he truly cares about your needs, goes above and beyond to make things work (got our delivery time + date - even though they didn’t have the product, he found a way to get the product and make it work). He will give you honest feedback, and not just sell you the most expensive product. We’ve been shopping at this Leon’s for over 6 years for our all household needs, and we only work with Babu. The store manager Abhi worked with us to get us the products on time, and at the right price - he made it clear it was about relationship building and not just the sale right now. You will not be disappointed. The delivery was perfectly timed, they set it all up and took away the cardboard too and ensured it was all set up well. Again - if you go here, ask for Babu! You will not be disappointed.

    Worst experience ever with Leon’s n Brampton, very unprofessional “team” sort of speaking, they failed to deliver 6 chairs and no one can provide a delivery date for a missing one. On top of that one of the chairs was missing fabric holes and the service person came over with a drill gun and bits even though I sent them 3 pictures and o described the problem in the email and over the phone. I had to fixed that myself, but the missing chair has not been resolved afte I called them 3 times. They promised 3 times to get it , it never happened. Sam promised to call back and tell me the new delivery date, he didn’t. What a joke this place is

    my family has been a long time customer of Leon's for the past 15+ years. We just recently bought a fridge, but the sales representative did not inform us about all the information that we needed to know for the removal of the old fridge, just to make a quick sale he said to just unplug the fridge and the delivery guys will take care of the rest. When the delivery guys showed up, they started asking us why isn't the fridge disassembled, your door needs to be taken off. The Sales rep DID NOT tell us to do anything besides unplug the fridge. We have to pay $200+ plus to get a plumber out here to install the waterline from the old fridge to the new one and because Leon's refuses to come back and take the fridge out, were having to pay extra to have a third party company come and remove the fridge. We've been a loyal customer to Leon's for so many years, but because of there actions and ghe sales rep just trying to make a sale and not let us know important details thay we needed to know and my consist calls to speak to a manager and no one calling me back or passing on messages to other employees to give me a call back, I will never shop at Leon's again.

    Leon’s has been, without question, the WORST furniture experience I have ever had. My first couch literally fell apart in under two years, and even though I PAID for their so-called “warranty,” it was completely useless. It didn’t even cover the full cost of the couch, so I had to hand over more than $800 of my own money just to replace something that should NEVER have broken in the first place. Honestly — who’s being ripped off here? Because it sure isn’t Leon’s. The only reason I even went back to them was because the warranty trapped me into replacing it through Leon’s. I didn’t want to — and I regret it every single day. Now this second couch, only SIX MONTHS old, is already sinking, sagging, and falling apart like it was slapped together with scraps and glue. The cushions are uneven, lumpy, and so cheaply made that they’re actually causing me back pain just from sitting on the thing(what is used for). Six months. That’s it. And the warranty I paid for AGAIN? Absolutely worthless. They “don’t cover cushions,” which is ridiculous when the cushions are the entire problem. The technician walked in, barely glanced at the couch, and called this disaster “regular wear and tear.” Regular? On a six-month-old couch? Give me a break. To make it even worse, Leon’s had the nerve to tell me that if I had reported the issue within the first couple of weeks, “maybe” something could have been done — but since it’s been six months, there’s “nothing they can do.” So basically, their message is: even if the couch is garbage, if it lasts past two weeks, too bad for you. At this point, I feel like I’ve taken my hard-earned money and set it on fire. Garbage quality. Garbage durability. Garbage warranty. And customer service that couldn’t care less. Leon’s has left me with thousands wasted, daily back pain, and TWO couches that didn’t even last a fraction of the time they should have. I will NEVER shop at Leon’s again. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague.
