  What a great experience! Shane and Darion were exceptionally professional and made our experience very seamless in both of our busy schedules. My wife and I had been speaking about this moment for years. Shane and Darion made us want to shop at Leon’s only. From before they arrived, they gave us a heads up and followed up with an assessment and performed with great advice. Their service is great. So great, that we have decided to request Shane and Darion to deliver our television we have being delivered. Thank you for the service. Very pleased customers. Vee and Tanya

  Updated Review – Excellent Support from Manager Abhilash After 45 days of waiting for our fridge—despite repeated promises of “next week”—we finally received a resolution on December 4, thanks to Manager Abhilash. He stepped in, understood the issue immediately, and arranged a replacement within one hour. While the overall experience was very frustrating, we sincerely appreciate Abhilash’s professionalism, dedication, and the way he took care of our situation. He turned a long, stressful experience into a quick and smooth resolution. Thank you,Abhilash, for your outstanding support. Unsatisfactory Experience – Very Disappointed We ordered a fridge on October 17, 2025, and as of today it still has not been delivered. Every time we call, we are told “next week”, yet the delivery never happens. There has been no proper communication, no follow-up, and no accountability from the company. Because of this delay, we have no fridge at home. We are being forced to keep our food in our neighbor’s fridge and in the garage, which is highly unsafe and extremely inconvenient. No customer should have to go through this. This entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. We trusted this company with our purchase, but the service has been nothing but disappointing. I do not recommend buying from them unless they improve their delivery and customer service. I wish I could give them no star

  I’m disappointed. The customer service was not great at all. Want to start off by saying there is no diversity at all. I understand where we are located and where we live is a little different but to have no one absolutely no one of the Caucasian or any other race other than south Asians is ridiculous. On top of it, I was in trying to buy something I saw online that said it was available and they were charging me additional $67 to ship directly to me off the website that I could’ve done myself and I asked him if you could get shipped to the store and they told me no, Also I heard one of the employees come off the phone with clearly a customer and was smiling and laughing with another colleague of theirs saying they wanted to return the item that they purchase and the manager laughed and said tell them they can’t return it and laughed. No one was speaking English, older guys standing around it looked terrible.

  Review update- Madhu gave us false information for a sofa set we bought morrow ii, got us extended warranty for the sofa the side got sinked, we called zuroco they refused to fix the sinked side of seat, they said foam is not covered. If foam is not covered whats the purpose of getting the sofa warranty. But madhu said everything is covered and it sinked within 1year. Worst quality sofa. Never recommending anyone to buy. Worst customer service manager said they cannot do anything about it so wts the purpose of extended warranty. Same with iur dresser color got faded and removed from the furniture

  Madhu was with us the entire time as we were trying to select a sofa set. We were spoilt for choices at this Brampton location. However with the assistance and prompting of Madhu we were able to find one that met our expectations. We were also given an attractive and reasonable price by the lady supervisor. Most importantly Madhu was able to locate our choice of sofa sets from another location to ensure we had the items delivered to us within a week. Delivery was as promised, on time and placed inside our home. Sorry was not able to get his name of the driver, but he was a pro assisted by another gentleman. Overall, we are happy customers and thank you all at Brampton Leon's for the overall excellent shopping experience 😀 😊
