The hotel-style track system (with fiberglass rods to move the fabric) is a major upgrade over our old curtain rods—functional and sleek. While custom window treatments are definitely an investment, the quality of the product and service may equal out the cost. Special thanks to Patricia for her helpful guidance over the phone and to Paul, our "good Irish installer," for his installation. A professional, positive experience from start to finish.

I wish I knew there was a guard on the cord, though I understand it’s for child safety, we are child-free and it makes it difficult to operate. Overall great experience at the store! Updating to five stars, the team assisted me with alternative options for removing the guard, appreciate the time and care!
