    Abdul did a great job 👍🏽 he was helpful and didn't hold back any discount information. His advice was very helpful. Nice storage spaces at affordable prices. As a first time user of a storage I'm impressed.

    All of the units they have advertised deals on are always sold out. Their website does not reflect the lack of availability of these units. And make sure youre ready for their hidden fees. $20 (non refundable) for a special lock that can only be used in their storage facility. And a $29 admin fee per unit. Both not mentioned on their website. AND this storage facility does now offer day rates. Meaning if your renewal is mid month but you need to move at the beginning of the month then they'll charge you for the full month, regardless if youre using the unit or not. Those are bad business practices if you ask me.

    I had an amazing experience at Access Storage! Abdurahman was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. He guided us through everything with patience, made the process super smooth, and even offered us a great discount. His friendly attitude and customer-first approach really stood out. If you’re looking for storage with excellent service and a personal touch, definitely ask for Abdurahman — he truly goes above and beyond!
