  Just had our new blinds installed by Paul. Second time here as he originally came to verify the measurements. He is a very nice man. Friendly and extremely professional. He not only installed the blinds but removed all the garbage. I don’t know if you can request a particular installer but Paul is the one I would want if we decide to purchase again.

  We had a wonderful experience in dealing with them at their Brampton Queen Street location. Janine and specially Manager Adi was very knowledgeable and helped us chose appropriate kind of blinds for our new home which has more than 20 windows working around our budget. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

  I had Paul for my consultation on the measurements for my blinds and installation. It's nice to have the same person to build trust and rapport. He was very professional in his time and conduct. I got good feedback regarding any changes that were required and a follow up from the office to confirm there knowledge of changes.

  I had a great experience working with Patricia at Blinds To Go. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the best option for my space. What stood out was how she explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She made the whole process smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend asking for Patricia if you want someone who genuinely cares about getting it right.

  Since 1999 I bought my whole house blinds bought from this location. Their service excellent and always with beautiful smile. Their life time warranty is excellent. Just last week I went to shop to repair my two blinds. Jaskiran and manager Aditya took care of me, Even though one blinds was discotune they manage to repair. Just a year ago I bought all my basement windows blinds from here. I am very glad that I happened to find this shop and am a customer.
