fabulous delivery guys - Daniel and Nick. Extraordinarily helpful and professional. they helped when we had difficulty removing an ancient dishwasher that was locked in by layers of tile. We were so grateful to them.

Are zero stars not a thing? We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at the brick over the past 10 years. The quality of the furniture has never been good but we always went back due to convenience. After our experience I think the extra 20 minutes to Leon’s in Trenton is the way to go. Most recently replacing our couches with the same couches we got from then 8 or so years ago. After getting the couches the console doesn’t sit correctly it covers the cup holders which whatever we didn’t mention. But then we started noticing like a top coat or something flaking in spots it started slowly then after more use it took over the ENTIRE couch and love seat. We were witching manufacturers warranty but also purchased the extended warranty on top of that. Unfortunately it sucks to suck in our case little did we know the brick doesn’t standby their products and is offering us a measly $1600 IN STORE CREDIT on furniture only. That will not replace our $2500 set so essentially they want us to spend more money on their garbage instead of replacing the couch. Sounds like a scam to me, also only have 90 days to use said credit and I’m SURE there are more rules to it as it seems to be with their warranties they lied about. I’ll also attach pictures of my 2 year olds bedroom set we purchased before her arrival. It’s peeing (shocking, I know). Did I try or complain to them about that product when it happened? Nope. But replacing our old couches was very important to us our old couches were wore but we had an old dog that loved to sleep on them but eventually he passed and it was time to replace them with a clean set so the living room looks presentable again but unfortunately within 4mths of getting them this slowly started to happen and they literally look like trash our house is all windows floor to ceiling so lots of natural light really makes it stand out. I could go on about our $4000 bedroom set that bubbles after a few months that we also purchased extended warranty on and it also did nothing. Long story long, avoid at all cost unless you enjoy throwing money away. Also no point in adding the extra warranty when the manufacturers doesn’t even cover it not to mention took them over 2 months me having to go into the store 3 times, call several and send a couple emails to get an answer, top notch customer service. 🤣

Just saw my friends sofa and it is peeling all over within the first year. I was going to go to the Brick to purchase a new sofa for my house. After seeing my friends sofa and what she told me about how she was treated by the staff when she told them about her sofa blows me away. This place lacks customer service and does not stand by their product. Update- Customer service bot offered a solution. Guess real people are not important anymore. Just get a bot with a blanket statement. Imagine stating in your review that a place lacks customer service and nobody really sends a personal message.
