During our sales experience a free item ( a “party speaker “) was offered as an incentive to make our purchase. It has now been almost 3 months since the purchase and the “free” item is still unavailable. Initially we were told it would be available by the end of October, then by mid November and now possibly not at all. Not exactly an ethical business practice.

I have dealt with Ivy a few times in the past. She has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely no pressure, just good suggestions and options.
My delivery went very smooth. They came when they said, and when you follow their app you know exactly when to expect them.
I love my new couch and I'm extremely happy with the service I received.

Right from the get go my experience with The Brick was a positive one. It began with the sales person in the fridge and stove department whose name was Ethan Coulthard. This man is a fine representative for the brick; he went out of this way to find out information in a difficult situation with my stove requiring 208V.
He was the most pleasant young man and a credit to The Brick itself.
The store was able to honour my request for a morning delivery and sure enough everything was in place at 11:20 am.
Dan Dan and Brandon, the delivery crew were also outstanding. They were very careful and had everything in place in no time.
These three young men also deserve kudos for the job they did today.

I am sure I will get a standard customer service reply to this one.
Purchased fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. We were told delivery would unbox and place items and to make sure before the delivery team leaves that each piece is inspected.
We confirmed our order a couple weeks before delivery as we are moving into a new home. Then we are told that another order came in after ours but had an earlier delivery date so they gave our fridge to them and now our fridge is back ordered.
When delivery arrived there is no fridge. They brought the boxes in the set them down and proceeded to leave. I told them what we were told in store about unboxing and inspection. The delivery guys said that is not their procedure for deliveries outside of Belleville.
Spoke to our sales rep who said there is nothing they could do as the delivery guys followed procedures. Missed the point. It was the store who misinformed us and also gave away our fridge.
Still waiting for our new fridge.
Purchase elsewhere where they care about customer service and fixing issues instead of a taillight sales policy.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
