It's a nice store with lots of staff, but not a single person approached my wife and I to ask if we needed help as we walked around the entire building in search of a table. When we found what we wanted, we had to chase someone down because it wasn't clear how to complete a purchase. To their credit, they were apologetic, but then we had to walk back across the store all over again to get to an unmarked point of sale desk. Then came multiple delays with the arrival of our table. When it finally came several weeks late, I got multiple calls and emails saying it was ready for pick up even after I'd set an appointment for pick up with the first person who called, which nobody seemed to record. You'd think after all of these delays free or discounted delivery would be offered but no, we were quoted $90 delivery, which I declined. Upon arrival, I had to drive around the back of the building along an unmarked lane to an unprofessional-looking door that had the smallest sign and doorbell, barely visible from one's car, telling customers what to do to alert staff inside you'd arrived, even with an appointment time. To drive 30 mins to and from this store to my home for a table that didn't even come assembled - and shockingly has 2 components that attach to each other with velcro of all things, which is not good craftsmanship and was not made aware to us when we bought it - with all of this hassle was absolutely not worth it. I was disappointed in my experience and won't be back.

Recently bought a TV. Customer service was awesome. There was a pricing error on the website, reached out and they adjusted it for me right away. They called me personally to keep me updated on a slight delay. Delivery service was very friendly and professional. Very smooth process.

The staff at the store in Belleville were amazing. After viewing my husbands medical outcome we were given a huge upgrade and only paid for the 5 year extra warranty. I am truly thankful for the staff thinking about us in our time of distress. Thanks a Million guys. I would also like to thank the delivery guys for their patience in trying to assemble my loveseat. The salesgirl was very nice. The range fit in perfectly. There was a problem with the fridge as it was too tall. Thank God for the sales manager Jennifer as she helped us. I will definitely buy from her again. Mentally she reassured my husband and I that everything would work out and she made it work for us! The movers took the new one back to the store and Jennifer is sending it back to us as we requested. We will fix the problem here and reconstruct the cupboard!
Thanks for being there for us! The delivery guys were great and went beyond to help us!

Belleville instore sales associate Ivy is an absolute gem and really knowledgeable about all the products. Her professional insight made making the right purchase so easy and stress free. We ordered Thursday and promptly received our new washer and dryer the following Tuesday. The Brick delivery tracking app is also top notch and reliable. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
