    Went tonight. Have to say best service ever. Corrie T was our salesperson. She did a great job. Might be the best salesperson ever had. Jennifer was the manager and it’s clear she does a great job with her team. Much better experience than the other store in Trenton. Ty ty. Will be going to this store and Corrie in the future

    We’ve always had really kind in person service at The Brick. Our brand new TV (Samsung art) out of box only worked for ten minutes and then never again. The Bricks policy is 48 hours only so they couldn’t do anything for us (it was a gift so it was stored away for 48 hours) and we had to go through Samsung which is an arduous process. I really wanted to thank the girl at the customer service desk for her care though and I know that’s not an easy job. I’m hearing more and more stories of brand new TVs not working since our personal experience and I’m sure she deals with a lot of unhappy people. I thought she did a *really* good job despite her restrictions. I think ultimately though the Bricks head office policy is NO good and they should be taking care of the warranties for customers. It’s so annoying to go through and it should definitely be a paid position to have to talk to Samsung. I will buy future TVs at Costco or another company that has the ability to not only care but do something to help as well.

    Delivery was right on time as arranged. We wish the representative who called with the date and time would have given more info regarding : 1. They do not take the items out of the box or take the empty boxes away. 2. We could arrange and pay in advance to have the delivery men remove the old items.

    We recently bought quite a lot of furniture and appliances for our home with Arjay and he was great to work with very pleasant and knowledgeable. Our biggest complaint was the delivery. They just wanted to get out of here as quick as they could. We paid to have the appliances removed and they refused to take the washing machine because they said there was water inside. They put it at the curb and left. I didn't realize what happened until after they left and I went to check and it was absolutely bone dry. We even tipped it upside down and nothing came out. They also refused to connect it because they said the tap was leaking. The water was turned off! They left quite a mess in the laundry room and my husband had to install it. We'll think twice about buying from the Brick if that's what their delivery guys are like.

    A Dehumanizing and Humiliating Failure of Service. We are writing this review because our experience with The Brick in Belleville has been humiliating and completely unacceptable. It's a stark reminder that there are real people with real needs on the other end of every purchase. We purchased a bed and mattress, with delivery and assembly scheduled for Tuesday, December 9th. In preparation, we disposed of our old bed. The delivery team arrived but could not assemble the new one because a critical part was missing. They left, promising someone from the store would call us immediately. No call came. I called the store on Wednesday morning and spoke to an employee who had no details and promised to call me back. That call never came either. I called again at the end of the day, was put on hold, and was finally told they would "try" to send someone on Thursday to remedy the problem. They admitted they were uncertain if the fix would even work, in which case they would "have to make alternate plans." This is not a simple inconvenience. My wife has a severe mobility disability. For the past two nights, we have been forced to sleep on the new mattress on the floor. This situation is dehumanizing for my wife, who requires my help just to get in and out of this makeshift bed. I hung up on the call simply because I was choking with treats. The response that you "may be able to fix it" is not a solution. We purchased a bed to sleep on, not to be left in a humiliating and undignified situation. This needs to be corrected immediately.
