The ignorance she showed was absolutely disgusting when she spoke alomg woth her eye roll she should be fired along with her manger. I had a very difficult experience trying to return several dead cedar trees I purchased earlier this season. When I contacted customer service, Jane immediately assumed that the trees had died because I hadn’t watered them properly. On that basis, she refused to process the return. She then involved the store’s assistant manager, Victoria, who made the same assumption—even after I explained that the trees were consistently watered and that soil moisture was measured weekly.
What began as an assumption quickly turned into accusations from both Jane and Victoria. They eventually offered only a store credit. When I asked them to show me the corporate policy explaining why I wasn’t eligible for a refund to my credit card, Victoria was unable to identify it and ultimately processed the refund directly to my card.
I never expected returning a warrantied product to be this difficult. The way both Victoria and Jane handled the situation was unprofessional and unethical, leaving me with a negative impression and made question the credibility of the store as a whole.

Extremely disappointing. Purchased a Maytag washer, a "good" one and purposefully came to this store to at least buy from a Cdn company. We had it delivered and installed by their guys (who were very good I will say - that part was excellent).
Having just moved to our home the previous day, we didn't use it as were swamped. First time we turned it on was tonight, and it spun 3x, made a noise and went to 'Done' followed by a grinding sound and stopped. I checked the water lines and hoses; all good. The machine is level and not overfilled. As it had a see through top, we could see that with or without clothes, it didn't work and had the same issues regardless of setting.
I called and was told there was nothing that could be done as I needed to try it within 48 hours and they'd exchange it. Otherwise, its now on me to call the manufacturer. Awesome. Thanks guys - grade A service. Because we used it 5 days after it arrived (and not 2) I have to deal with a repair. That might have been a good thing to mention, no? You'd think that there would be some offer of assistance besides the "here is the number to call" and an I'm sorry. At least I got that much, lol.

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?

How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:

> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)

NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
