  Amazing Customer Service from the minute I walked in Sales Associate were very accommodating and friendly and helpful. They explained everything from my first question . Details and financial information to my needs with Delivery Service and disposal of my old box spring and mattress. Couldn’t have had a better experience.Less then 24hrs my new bed was in my home and put together my head board and foot board are on they way . Thank you Leon’s of Barrie your amazing customer service and support.

  We had a really great experience at Leon’s in Barrie. Mariya helped me and my husband choose the right mattresses, and honestly, we couldn’t have done it without her. She’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, which made the whole process so much easier. You can tell she actually cares about helping customers find what works best for them, not just making a sale. Her advice was spot on, and we’ve been very happy with our choice. Now our son and his wife are looking for a mattress too, and we’re sending them straight to Leon’s — and to Mariya specifically. Highly recommend! Great service and a really pleasant, easy shopping experience.

  My husband and I were looking for kitchen appliances, and our salesperson was Nikhil (Nik) Aggarwal, Leons in Barrie, ON. He was very helpful and knew his appliances very well. He made great effort to make sure we got exactly what we wanted with features and prices. He informed us of Leons sales and mentioned financing if interested.   I was at Leon's (Barrie Location) over the weekend and received exceptional customer service from the salesperson helping me. Her name is Behnaz, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable so I wanted to commend her and the service I received during my visit, which ended up in me buying a new couch. I highly recommend this Leon's location and specifically Behnaz as a salesperson. Overall a great shopping experience.

  We recently purchased two couches from Leon’s, and our saleswoman Behnaz was absolutely amazing. She was so wonderful to deal with, honest, understanding, friendly, explained everything about the deal, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We also had a fantastic experience with the Manager Naz, who once again was amazing to deal with. Helpful, prompt, friendly, understanding. This is what you need and want in salespeople, and management in a large store like Leon’s. So kudos to you Leon’s, you employ some wonderful people like Behnaz and Naz who will help bring even more customers to your store, and more importantly, make them repeat customers like I will now be. Very very pleased with our overall Leon’s experience. Thank you Behnaz and Naz!
