    Does have some unique stuff , but my shopping experience was not great. Purchased a k.size duvet cover didn't have strings inside to hold duvet so had to return. We paid cash but was told they couldn't give me back cash , but this was within 30 mins after purchase. So they asked if they could add funds to my credit card. I want my cash back and they refused , so I had to take cash back on my debit.

    I frequent Jysk for smaller items, but came in recently to get a couch. I have a tricky stairwell to the basement so struggle to fit anything down there. Amanda was wonderful and helped me and my wife pick out the perfect thing, and showed me how modular it was and pointed out the backs coming off that will hugely help me get the thing downstairs. Extremely nice and helpful I will continue to come to Jysk first!

    horrendous customer service. lots of attitude and sarcastic comments for no reason. Website says they have products in store but employees say they don’t have it in store.. Makes sense.
