  We returned a blind with a retraction problem to the Barrie store and were well looked after by Ashleigh Kovic. We had no receipt as the blind was purchased years before. Ashleigh quickly traced the order, arranged to have it sent for repair and gave us a temp window covering. The repair was done more quickly than expected and the blind works great again. We highly recommend this store. Keep up the good service !

  I needed vane savers. Sarah talked me through the process. Over the years, more and more vanes have snapped at my condo. I'm hoping that these help. I was advised to space them out along the track. I'm hoping NOT to have to buy all new vanes or new tracks. But if I do, then I'll come back. Thank you Sarah. Awesome customer service.

  Walked in to the store and was greeting by a lovely lady by the name of Jacqueline Brown. She walked us through the store and discussed our options with us. She was informative and helpful. She even assisted us with some issues we were having on some blinds we bought years ago. The tech who came and measured our windows was also lovely. Great experience overall!

  Blinds To Go went above and beyond to replace blinds that I ordered which were the wrong size. I made an error in reporting my measurements and they were able to get it corrected prior to the blinds arriving. It was my error and was expecting to have to pay the cost of replacement. Blinds To Go worked with me to make it right....awesome job

  I purchased 2 sets of Window Shutters and 2 Zebra Blinds for my recently updated Windows. The product selection was great and Sherry-Lynn was a huge help in making sure we got the right products and all of the options and parameters correct. She followed up numerous times to make sure our order was progressing and that we were informed of the status. Definitely top-end customer service!!! Measuring and Installation by Andrew was both fast and accurate. The products look and function amazing and I think they were great value for the money. The only reason I did not give 5 Stars was that one of the sets of Window Shutters had a severe scratch which was identified and "circled" at the Factory. It was packaged and shipped anyway which was disappointing. Andrew immediately identified the issue and ordered a warranty replacement but that is an inconvenience that was not expected. I would recommend the Barrie Blinds-To-Go and will be using them for future purchases.
