I had a great experience in the paint department this week. The employee provided me with samples of stains so that I could make an informed decision. He was genuinely friendly and answered all my questions. I had a similarly great experience at the Rona Waterdown too. Both Ronas are fantastic - always stocked with what I'm looking for, always clean, and the staff is always very helpful. Thank you!

Wonderful staff, clean and neat store, great service and caring people. Special thanks to Chris in appliances and Cinthia in Cabinets. Chris was very thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and patient when I needed to replace 4 appliances in my kitchen. Helped me find the right ones, located ones not on hand, helped me with measurements and specs, price matching and decision making on multiple visits, all the way to arranging delivery to my kitchen by a fantastic delivery team. They carried the appliances up multiple stairs through narrow doorways like babies and placed them without as much of a scuff or scratch on my new floors or kitchen cabinets. Thank you so much team Rona!

By far the worst Rona+ store I've been to.
3 times now I've driven to the store as it shows inventory of 100+ and each time no one can find the product...what they are able to do is supply excuses and reasons as to why there must be a mistake on the quantity.
Never seen a Rona+ like this.
I would suspect poor management organization.
Won't return to this particular store.
Note: Added a star only because this last time I was there and they couldn't find it, was because someone was in the process of stealing it in their truck around back. They stopped me on my way out and said they found it.

Was very disappointed waited 40 min for them to find a bathtub, then they told me they could not fined it. So I picked another one. Waited 30 min just to have them come back and tell me they could not find that one either.

After waiting 2 weeks for the installer of closet doors to call, he tells me that he doesn't do closet doors. I called the store and after being on hold for 28 minutes, I was cut off. I called back 4 times and nobody in the store answered. I am beyond frustrated, and mad at myself for not going to Home Depot.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. What are the terms and conditions of making payments online?
You can use a Mastercard, Visa or Rona credit card to pay for your purchases online — by entering the cardholder name and address on the account statement when you make your purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
When you receive an email from us telling you that your order is ready for pick-up, simply go to your selected store and locate the pick-up zone poster. You must bring your identification.
When my order is ready, how long will I have to pick it up?

How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA+ location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
