- CPchris preussJan 2, 20263.0The customer service is spotty. We rent 3 large units here and the cost just keeps going up. The 28 day cycle pretty much allows them to bill 13 months a year. So we roughly pay a little over 13k a year. When we call to ask why the rates keep going up and are alot more than we originally expected, we are met with alot of frustration, im sure the industry is not an easy one to be in, but sometimes helping customers and understanding us sometimes would go along way. Otherwise the units are large.and clean. The place ks very secure unlike the previous location we used. Overall satisfied with the units.

I walked in to look at units and there was an older gentleman there alone, sitting behind the desk, no uniform on. I wasn't even sure he actually worked there. I was asking about units but to be honest, I left because I really couldn't understand him. I drove back today, thinking to maybe try again. I was met with Amanda and Brandon. And what a difference. So professional. Brandon took me around showed me so many different units. Showed me where I could easily access each unit. Amanda explained the difference in the 2 locks available. Showed me what boxes would best fit my items when I start packing. Brandon even mentioned that I could do a move in for a later date and if I changed my mind they had a cancelation policy. Such a different experience. The team work displayed by Amanda and Brandon was more then exceptional. THIS is how a business should run. Not to mention clean! The office was open and bright and decorated so lovely for the Holiday season. Inside where the units are, nice, clean, no clutter anywhere, wonderful high ceilings. I am so happy that I gave this location a second chance. Amanda and Brandon made it such a positive experience and as I was leaving I was laughing and smiling... they made me feel like they knew me forever. Well done Amanda and Brandon.
