Open late and never overwhelming—perfect for weekend projects or quick runs!

After pulling three carts full of lumber without even a single employee offered to help. As I counted seven standing around on their phones. After pushing all three carts to the pro desk. Paid then pushed all three out to load them on my trailer. After completing the picking, the purchasing, and the unloading. An employee finally walked up to me. Saying if you ever need help with anything please call ahead to get the help you need. Then handed me his employee card. Spent an hour picking thru the half molding lumber. To receive a card and absolutely no help at all. Would give this store a negative 10 star if I could.
- AGAdam GrayFeb 20, 20261.0Bought an LG washer and dryer set from Lowe’s. Bought the protection plan. The dryer stopped working and they dispatched a tech, fixed the issue, broke again in less than 2 days, now they have sent repair tech out 3 more times sense to try and fix the same issue. Between the warranty call center bs and tech company back and forth we have been without a dryer for almost two months. Don’t buy from Lowe’s and damn sure don’t buy their protection plan, it’s not worth the paper it’s written on if you actually need it.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
