    You’ll pay MORE in Yukon! Lowe’s refused to honor the current sale price offered at all other Metro area Lowe’s-despite a price match guarantee. The manager said, “We don’t need to match prices with our own company.” This is my vote of NO CONFIDENCE for the Lowe’s company, pricing is not consistent and you can’t trust you’ll receive the same price at different locations!

    I bought 2 Champion American Stadard Toilets. Plumber installed and one of them won't stop leaking between the Tank & Bowl, must have a Crack like the online reviews say they are prone to. We have purchased numerous of this same Toilet w zero issues, we have numerous Properties. Just talked to the Manager who told me once they are installed they can't be returned due to health issues. BOLOGNA!! Arent you going to send it back to the Factory? They just don't want to take their defective Toilet back! Ive said this before and I know Lowes could care less, but im done with them! Never going in this place again. Home Depot is glad to have my business. *Update today i called the # Lowe's gave me. Again they won't do anything to assist however they did provide me w American Standard's phone number. I called and they were more than happy to send me a new Tank to replace the cracked one. The lady was so friendly. She also said that Lowes should have taken the Return and written a Return Order back to American Standard and threw it in the trash or returned it to AS. Im going to buy all my American Standard Toilets online now. They actually act like they want my business instead of lip service. I also see that Lowes removed their we're sorry about your issue bs comment that they responded to me. Its hard to look like you're trying when you say I can't, we're sorry and that kind of BS. Bye bye Lowes.
