I was in town from Texas for a baby shower and only had a small window of time to find what I needed… and I really didn’t know exactly what I needed… An associate named Jordan helped me. She was incredibly patient and kind, and she went way out of her way to help me problem-solve for the particular craft I was trying to do. Jordan helped me find just the perfect thing (a clamp, which saved the balloon arch at our shower from crashing down!) In a world full of lackluster customer service, Jordan blew me away with how attentive, positive, and truly helpful she was. Associates like this need to be rewarded and kept around - truly a rare breed these days!
