Secondly, I am well aware that the holiday shopping season is more crazy, particularly on weekends. I am taking all of this into account, and still leaving this one star review. The “manager” lady who stands at the front does nothing but watch her cashiers drown. She doesn’t say hello when you enter, she doesn’t open more registers to help the huge lines, she has crazy rbf and just stands there. It is not the store’s fault that a rude woman cut in front of me with bags full of returns and handed the cashier a wad of receipts that supposedly contained the one for these items, basically wishing the cashier good luck. However, if one of the two women who stands at the front watching could maybe use one register for returns, things would go much smoother. I don’t mind if the rude manager deals with the rude customer, enjoy. But it is highly ineffective to have a line both for returns and purchases, particularly while 2 women stand and watch the chaos. Nearly as ineffective as the rude boy pushing the large broom through the aisles which swept up nothing and disturbed customers without so much as a glance, let alone an ‘excuse me.’ This Yukon location is loaded with incompetence and rudeness, which I suppose fits the Hobby Lobby values.
