  UPDATE!!!!! to owner's response..... My greatest complaint is that I picked up my mower on Friday 4/17/26. It ran for about 30-40 minutes. I called immediately, left a voicemail and no reply. You have known there is debris in the fuel tanks. I have simply asked to have them flushed or price for replacement. You REFUSED to do this. You stated you drained the fuel, found contaminant put the same fuel back. Then claimed it was a coil as the problem. I hate to tell you this, but a coil CANNOT put debris in a fuel system. Same Fuel contaminant in filter less than 1 hr after leaving your shop and mower chokes out from it again. Obviously it was NOT a COIL! All I have wanted was for you to clean the system, quote me what needs replaced to do this, but for some unknown reason you just don't want to do this after 2 trips. As far as pricing goes. I was quoted over the phone $350-$400, when I arrived to pick up my mower it was over $1100 invoice. Why have you just refused to fix the problem. Drain the fuel, clean the tanks, let me know if they needed replaced, replace fuel components that are failed due to the contaminant, but you have never just done that simple job. You make excuses, and have even LIED to cover your tracks. My mower still needs repaired, I will now have to pay someone else to do the job you were paid to do. Don't use service dept!! I took my Hustler Fastrack in to have fuel tanks flushed out or replaced because I had noticed some type of debris in the fuel tanks. Over $1100 in and they STILL haven't done the original job I asked them to do. And all he does is make excuses and dishonest statements. After dropping it off in Aug. they finally started looking at it in late September. They called and told me the mower needed an intake manifold and other work. I asked if they had the fuel tanks cleaned and they assured me they did. Finally called that mower was repaired in mid October(I had to rent mowers this whole time). Got the mower home, backed off the trailer, mowed and parked it for the winter. Now spring comes, mower won't start. I check the fuel filter and the same debris is still there. Changed filter, cranked engine and same debris appears without even starting. Take back to Sutton, they tell me it was a bad coil causing my problem (coils were new). Then he says they drained the tanks, strained the fuel and PUT IT BACK! Contaminated fuel put back in the tank! Got it home, mowed half the yard, mower dies and yes... DEBRIS IN FILTER AGAIN!! And now they don't want it back to fix it! BEWARE!!!
