    The ai customer service is awful, almost worth it to just drive to a store if you have any questions or concerns. And I don't appreciate an associate lying to me and my husband about a same day haul off. I won't deal with Lowe's unless absolutely necessary anymore. I'm aware that will not make a difference, just please be careful who you deal with and be ready for headaches if you call their number.

    Tara is the Best and such a sweetheart! She was on her way out for the day and she asked if I needed anything. I said yes-a woman’s opinion on storage for my detergents and a separate one for Kitchen pans. She made my decision easier by making me feel welcomed and comfortable with asking for help and more importantly she gave thought which in this busy world-was appreciated.

    I’m extremely frustrated with my experience. I currently have two delivery orders that are now three days late, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, nothing has been done. I’ve already spoken with customer service as well as the manager on duty at the store, and while I keep being told there will be follow-ups, the outcome is always the same—no delivery and no real progress. Each day passes with the same promises, and it just turns into another missed delivery. These materials are time-sensitive and critical for my work, and the lack of accountability and communication has made this situation unacceptable. Delays can happen, but repeatedly failing to deliver without any resolution or proactive communication is extremely disappointing. At this point, I’m asking for immediate action, a firm delivery timeline that will actually be met, and better communication moving forward.

    You guys really should consider hiring more people. Over 24hrs for a pickup to be fulfilled? That's absolutely ridiculous!! Do better! Ain't no way it takes 24hrs for a pickup to be fulfilled and actually it's been more than 24hrs. Also customer service sucks! Absolutely horrible and disrespectful!!

    The delivery service and its representatives failed to deliver on time and failed to communicate that they would not be delivering on time. The instore delivery representative was very much not helpful and was barely understandable in the way he spoke over the phone & was very unprofessional. They did not call when they were on the way to ensure i was there to direct them as to where to place the delivery even though the salesperson said they would and even made a note to do so on the order. This cost me 2 days of production and cost 2 employees 2 days of their time. The only competent employee that i have encountered there is Jan the pro cashier. & more than not if i need a lumber cart i have to go get it from the parking lot myself.
