Renting a unit online was super easy, came with a discount and fully completely rented nothing extra to do when I got to the actual place. And the place is so clean and well lit. Opening the gate and the doors with my phone via Bluetooth is the way to go. The gates are open early and stay open late , they had a cart ( that actually rolls well). A cute little welcome bag in my unit and I didn't think I had any questions until a gentleman called me ( I wish I could remember his name he was soooo helpful) explained exactly how to use the Bluetooth on my phone for the gate and doors he gave me perfect directions to my actual unit. I love it. Also the bathroom was very clean.
